Got the OMCheese on the 2 for $25. Our waitress brought me out the wrong salad dressing for my salad and then told me they were out of what I originally requested. The main dish wasn’t what was advertised. A small portion of cheese on the side of plate then lifted up burger and it was stuck to the plate including some of my fries were stuck to the plate as well. What a mess and won’t be back! Stop advertising things that you can’t deliver on. The waitress was snarky and rude as well. Do better Applebees!

I like Applebee’s and go there a few times out of the year for a inexpensive date night. However, last I went to a nearly empty restaurant last night and received subpar service. There were barely any noodles in my pasta, but then I saw an added ingredient and was completely disappointed. I don’t know who was in charge last night at the Applebee’s in HP off of 68, but you need to tighten up. I will not be back at that location for a long while.

Angela was my bartender and Nicole was the manager when I wandered into this Neighborhood Grill. The unparalleled service. The kindness. The jukebox. The families laughing and enjoying their lunch. I had the fiesta lime chicken. As delicious as always. Played Chet Baker and Bill Evans to class the joint up.

Not a great experience at all.
We had a wait when less than half of the restaurant was occupied.
The manager barely spoke up and was very rude to us, barely acknowledging we were there and shoving our food in our faces before just walking off without saying anything.
Angela was a good server, we’ve had her the last couple times we’ve been, so she’s the reason there’s another star here.
The food was awful. Chicken tenders were crackers they were so overcooked.
The drinks were good too. That’s another positive.
Overall, a very disappointing dinner.

Okay, so we come here ALOT.. for whatever reason this is my daughter’s favorite place. And they used to have a great Manager Mia. But I have no idea what happened to her. Tonight… they were giving 30-40 minute waits with lots of open tables. And I 100% know it’s because they lack servers. I’d rather wait for a table and get great service and timely food, than sit quickly and have long wait times. For the fist time in like ever we were sat in the bar, with my 5 year old and we were offered a high top table. The amount of times she would have fallen out of that chair… but we were sat in the bar because I’m pretty sure their bartender Kelly was the only server. I don’t think I saw another person taking food. Kelly was amazing. She kept us hydrated, checked in from the bar and came around if we needed anything. Things could have gone better but there was nothing she could have done better. Thank you Kelly for keeping Applebees my toddlers favorite restaurant.

Mozzarella sticks needed to be cooked longer. Cheese not melted. Still solid, when bit. Had to PULL for it to break. Properly melted, would separate on its own. Chicken tenders over cooked. Too hard for my baby to bite. Had to order a side of fries, because the portion they gave him, was not enough for a 4 year old. But, as long as he’s happy, I’m happy.

We had good experience here. The staff was really nice and friendly. We had bourbon street chicken & shrimp, chicken tortilla soup, and captain bahama mama. Food and drinks are all good. We will definitely be coming back.

Very great service. Visited during lunch. Food was fresh and warm. We did have one frozen drink and was very delicious. Will definitely recommend for lunch and please be patient with the waiters they did a great job taking care of us but only did have one waiter.

Food was good. Service was good. My complaint is no lunch specials. So I got a basic burger with fries and a drink. Almost $17.00! Then a tip coz it’s not the waitress fault prices are stupid high. So basically $20.00 for a basic burger lunch. Chik-Fil-A next door would have been a much better choice for half the price. So I wanted a to go cup for $3.29 Pepsi. So I get a kids cup for that price. Oh well, I won’t be back there for lunch.

I ordered onion rings, and it was burnt oil smell and over fried. Ordered New Quesadilla Chicken Salad. They served without chicken. When I asked then brought on a separate plate. It’s so funny. I also ordered Three cheese chicken penne without chicken and meat, but they served with beef strip. When I asked, they just removed and served.
For 2 dishes, they took 55 mins to when on Saturday afternoon between 3 to 4 pm.
