Ok we recently went to this location with a few friends and family. We did except for the them to be a lil busy since it was a Friday night and would probably be a lil wait. Now in all actually we got there they seated us pretty quick and thts where it all goes down hill. They sat us at two separate tables we made tht work. Then we waited about 20 minutes for waitress to arrive then another 20 minutes for her to bring us back drinks. Then we ordered food, the food took about 45 minutes to come out at one table and about an hour for the other. Now all of us mainly ordered the trio nothing to major but it all came out cold. I figured if we wait tht long it would at least be hot but nope. Some about cold mozzarella sticks just don’t work. The spinach artichoke dip was one solid lump . The drinks we ordered from the bar were not good, Kool aid with a lot of ice. I spoke with the manager to let her know our experience was lack luster, she did take off a a one trio but I feel like more could have done. But at tht point we were all ready to go and after spending over 200 we still all left and went to cook out to get some hot food. We have no plans on returning to this location was just overall very disappointing

Visited with a friend at lunch. She had the Oriental chicken salad and liked it quite well. I had the side salad (recovering from illness, little appetite). I had checked the menu online, and the picture showed a salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons. I checked the “See Details” button and noticed there were options to customize, including additional cucumber. When I got my salad, it was iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons. Very disappointed!
However, the service was excellent (our waiter was Austin, and he was wonderful), and the atmosphere was relatively nice (a little loud but not awful).
I will be back but I will not get that salad again.

I ordered a12 oz medium ribeye, mashed potatoes and a house salad. Spent $32. Salad good, potatoes good but the steak was cooked about well done. Ruined the whole meal!

I will start by saying our server was really good, but the meal was terrible. The atmosphere was terrible. Me and my wife came to eat and enjoy our night and watched the Super Bowl. The TV had no audio. The staff were hanging out by the bar. The bartender had no gloves on and was grabbing cups from the inside of the cup. The host was terrible She took forever to see us and was eating when she brought our food to us. I ordered the chicken and shrimp meal. The mashed potatoes were cold. The chicken was salty. The shrimp was under season. My wife ordered the salmon. The salmon was Gamey And to top it all off, the appetizers were gross. I do not recommend anyone to eat here. The drinks are also gross

We ordered 3 dinners and Applebee’s got 2 wrong plus it took 25 minutes to get 1 mixed drink . They gave us plastic utensils to eat with. 5 cooks and they did not get orders correct or out together. Wii not go again . Have been going for 20 years but have had enough of their crap.

Let me start off my stating the waitress was great (very frazzled, but doing her best) & this wasn’t her fault. They were clearly very understaffed.
We haven’t been to an applebees in literal years, so we decided to get it a go last night. Also first time at this particular location.
We ordered the 2 for $25 deal & 2 drinks. The app came out in a decent amount of time but the entrées took almost an hour. The manager comped my meal since it was my steak that we were apparently waiting on the entire time. My husbands fiesta lime chicken was fine, my steak was fine but my mashed potatoes were ice cold. The waitress offered me something else but I declined as I was just ready to go after waiting for that long.
It’s the next day that I am writing this review because I am now dealing with the symptoms of food poisoning. I’m not sure if it was the steak, the 2 bites of cold potatoes, the garlic green beans, or the “mocktail on the beach”, but I am in a great deal of pain.
Last night the waitress assured me that they aren’t usually this bad off & that it’s just been a rough night, but to what end?
I can fully understand if the entire restaurant was understaffed, that happens, but how careless do you have to be to serve cold food & possibly contaminated food?
My stomach is cramping so bad. I already have a myriad of health issues that I deal with on the daily & now I get to spend my Sunday in the bathroom, in a lot of pain.
DO BETTER!
Edit to add, after reading other recent reviews, cold food & poor service is a common issue. Please heed this review as a warning to steer clear of this particular establishment. They obviously need to change something up because whatever they’re doing is NOT working.

I took my sister here for Lunch on 1-2-26. We we greeted by a snarled young lady who sat us in a Section with a Horrible waitress. The waitress was Friendly, however she was talking to everyone behind the bar, and we had to sit there almost 20 minutes to get our food. I had to call the Manager over. We were getting aggravated, so we decided to leave. As we got up the Manager & The Talking Waitress came at the same time. We sat back down, but the Rudeness & the Yapping Waitress had already ruined our lunch. We ate a few bites, then took our food to go. We will Not be returning to that Applebee’s, but we may return to a different location.

We visited Applebees on Halloween night. The restaurant was pretty full. There was even a party. The waitress/bartender was very busy. Maybe somewhat overworked. She did a great job of checking on her tables and putting in orders not to overwhelm the kitchen staff. We had the nachos and they were picture perfect. The kitchen runner even joked with us saying they are definitely worth a picture. We also had a couple of dollaritas to accompany. After 9pm certain appetizers were half off so we got an order of boneless wings. They were very good. Our overall experience was good. The Halloween decorations made it festive.

Was here Halloween night for dinner and drinks. We ordered beef Nachos, Boneless wings and Dollar Margaritas. The food and drinks were good. I didn’t care for the waitress but the girl bringing the food out was very nice.
