I’ve been a loyal customer at the Applebee’s on Patterson Ave for a long time, and it’s all because of the outstanding staff—most notably bartender Michael Newell. He’s the perfect mix of professional and personable, always making guests feel welcome and taken care of. He remembers his regulars, keeps the atmosphere upbeat, and consistently gets food and drinks exactly right. It’s no surprise he has the same happy patrons every time he works. Huge credit to Applebee’s for having someone like Michael on board!

I try to be patient with restaurants. And Applebees is my daughter’s favorite place…. But we cannot go to this one again. The server Bella didn’t write my order down, something went wrong and the “new” cook made it wrong. My daughter’s food came out and she ate all of it before mine was ready. I told them not to worry about it, that since she was done we were leaving. They said the cook messed up but that it was already fixed and ready to go. Then had to wait for it to come out and get a box. I should have taken a bite while we were there, because this pasta was not fully cooked. I’m so over it. I get that they need more help… two servers a manger who doesn’t seem to carry a plate, and a bomb add bartender cannot last much longer.
Looks like we’re back to the one by the mall or else I just have to convince my kiddo to get a new favorite place to eat.

I had the spinach artichoke dip for statrers. Very tasty. I ordered the OM cheese burger with seasoned fries. It was Amazing! Never tasted a burger like that before. So good! The Manager came by and checked on us. Nice touch. Very pleased with everything! Not sure what my Wife and Mother in law had. My burger took center stage! I heard them say it was very good. Thanks for the great experience

We visited this location from out of state on 10/14 around 10pm. We walked in through the take out entry, however, no one acknowledged us. It was busy so they should have had someone attending all zones. We just went ahead and approached the bar to order, no problem. The bartender and all employees were talking and laughing with the opposite side of the only side that seemed to be available for us, so even getting someone to take our order took a while. They finally took our order but didn’t offer anything to drink while we waited. After about 30 minute wait we got out food to go. I was polite and I tried to be understanding but they did have a lot of employees on the floor and apparently in the kitchen. I even tipped them even though it was a take out order and they provided the worst customer service.
Well, they pretty much gave us trash. Once we got to the hotel and we realized the poor quality [in all aspects] of our food I called and requested to speak with the manager on duty. She assured me a refund would be processed but that would take about 5 days to show in my bank. I said no problem. I forgot all about but they never refunded my card for the burnt food and ridiculously small quantities. They probably gave us the scrapes from the bottom of the pan at the end of the night. $70 dollars completely down down the drain. Probably because I mentioned that we were leaving the next morning so a meal replacement wasn’t an option.
We’re coming back next week and I will most definitely not be visiting this establishment. A total fraud.

Best experience at this Applebees thanks to the bartender Mikey! He was bartending while even managing to serve our food .Drinks were AMAZING! If you go here ask to see Mikey!
