This is one of the better Applebees locations. Food has been great, service as well. This establishment seems to be kept clean as well

Very disappointed. I ordered the New Ultimate Trio with pretzels, pickles and mozzarella sticks. They were fine. The Prime Rib Dipper that I have gotten multiple times before was atrocious!! It was completely inedible. The meat was so charred that it basically dissolved into dust.

So update for may 1st 2025 not happy missing food on a mobile order today asked for med we’ll and got raw , then on the other steak over cooked , I had to cook the raw to eat it. No green beans and we ordered them new phots below

Been waiting for over an hour for our carside order and the waitress keeps saying they cannot find our food and the manager when asked said it will take 5-10 days if we want a refund. UNACCEPTABLE

the fries were limp and had sat too long before being plated. I ordered a cheese burger grilled cheese but it had some nasty sweet bbq sauce on it. my fil wanted broccoli and they didn’t have any but offered to sub another side and charged him for it

Waited over an hour for appetizers and a chicken skillet parties that came in after us had eaten and was leaving we asked to pay for our drinks and leave and was told we had to pay for our meals that still wasn’t ready unless we spoke with the manager it wasn’t even busy no waiting lines to get in empty seats in the restaurant definitely not going back

Sorry to said but we dine here due to we had a long 10hrs drive did and wanted to have a hot dinner unfortunately we did not get what we expect what we expected we order for our appetizer a buffalo chicken and onion rings for family of 4 but when the food arrives it all cold and our server is friendly but keep forgetting ALOT AS IN ALOT OF STAFF like giving us a plates and utensils so we can eat our food she just served I our appetizer and leaves us immediately I have to yelled or raise my hands keep calling her 3times I guess she won’t hear me NO IDEA.
Then she served our entrees my husband and I order steak and shrimp with 2 different sides he order sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes I order steak and shrimp and side of fries and mashed potatoes and my kids order both chicken tenders fries on the sides. I paid $145 including tip. Plates our hot but our food is already warm not HOT.
We our very tired but we didn’t even bothered complaining we just wanted to be done eating and head to our hotel. We didn’t bother taking pictures expect my alcohol due to DISAPPOINTED. WE NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE

Not sure why I tried this location, I had a feeling that I should just keep driving by. My gut was right. Just stood there at the host stand for 5 minutes with 4 workers just glancing my way with no acknowledgement. I just wanted food to go but now I’m sitting in the parking lot even more hungry and frustrated enough to leave this review.
