My meal came to my table looking like it was thrown on the plate. Not looking like the picture in the menu at all. My wife’s meal we had to send back because her steak was not cooked to medium as requested and her fries were a mix of over cooked to grease covered what is this thing! Her meal returned looking great and she enjoyed it. The restaurant needs a refreshing up, to the outside to the dining room. It’s been here awhile and is looking dated. Our waitress was very good.

Wow! I moved out of the area and came back and a few of us went to Applebees. I must say this establishment has went down hill a lot. Coming out of the kitchen had a leak of water dripping kinda consistent. No bucket was sitting there to catch water. Just a wet floor sign for staff. What worried me after we ate and realized it was that this water had to be dripping in some food coming out of the kitchen. Went to bathroom and it was nasty. The urinal’s seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in over a week. The sink area needs to be cleaned and mirror that was above sink is chipped and scuffed up. They say if you want to know how a restaurant kitchen looks then just go into the bathroom. My food came out with cheese not melted on chicken and half off the chicken. It was very dry as well. Manager did come over and give 20% off which was nice but so much more needs to be done with this restaurant. There were dead flies in the windows and windows needed to be cleaned. I will not return to this place again. If the health inspector would show up then many violations would be given.

Went on a Sunday for lunch our waitress was Avery she made sure we were taken care of and didn’t have to call her over to ask for anything. Our food took maybe 15min not long at all it came out hot and fresh. Will definitely be back again when I’m in the area.

We went on a Sunday around 5pm and it was very quiet, apparently a slow time. We ordered the ultimate trio for an app. Everything was great! The chicken wonton tacos have changed, still good but not even close to what they used to be.
I ordered the hot honey chicken and bacon with waffle fries. It was delicious! All of our food was hot and we received it rather quickly. Our server was very attentive and always had a smile on her face! One of the best experiences here since our favorite server left!!

Food was hot and delicious, but what made this meal worth the trip was my server Kayla. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I don’t come this way often but I will be back again thanks to the personal touch. Way to go Kayla!

The reason I like this location, it caters to the older crowd. So they have alot of meals ready for them. So when you drop in most likely it will be out in a heartbeat. The food was well made. The ribs, the salmon the fries did need a pinch more seasoning… but it was good service!!!!

We had great service but the food is always lackluster. This has nothing to do with this particular restaurant, just the chain in general. We tried a Santa drink, margarita, bourbon shrimp chicken, and a steak. My husband said the steak was edible and filled a void, but was just that.

The food was great, we had a new server so he was a little slow but he did a good job, our order came out correct. They didn’t have that many people working either. But everything was okay for what they had. Will go back again!!
