Applebee’s has gotten much better than it used to be. I used to never go to this place but now I’ll eat there frequently. They have a decent selection menu and your food arrives in a decent amount of time. I will say the wait staff needs much improvement. Especially when you walk in the door and it’s not busy and the host is sitting in a bar booth with their back to the door. Not paying attention to incoming customers. But besides that, the experience is usually pretty good.

First time eating here. I only ordered a side salad & a cup of soup or the day which was potato soup. The salad was cold and fresh and the soup was hot and tasty.I will return if this way again.Thanks applebee’s! Enclosed 10 pictures

I ordered fish and chips my husband ordered crunchy shrimp.neither one was worth eating .the waitress offered to redo it but with the oil the way it was it wasn’t going to do any good. mine was burnt and I thought I could take the breading off and just eat the fish it wasn’t good at all his shrimp were soggy. Used to be a good place to eat but the last 2 times we’ve been it has gotten worse. Will not go back

Very impressed today with the service, cleaning, and food! The menus were getting a good cleaning and the payment machines! All the workers were doing stuff and working together to help one another! The steak was cooked perfect and Cameron our waitress was very attentive to our needs!

Pleasant, enjoyable lunch! My partner and I met a friend for lunch. This was my first visit to this Applebee’s location. Actually, I haven’t visited an Applebee’s in several years, so I was anxious to check this location out. The service was excellent! Our server, Tanner, did an excellent job serving and provided efficient, friendly service during our lunch. The restaurant facility and dining room was very clean and well maintained. The men’s restroom very clean, too. Although I would recommend replacing the worn dining room carpeting, it is in poor condition. In addition to the regular menu, Applebee’s has a nice lunch menu, offering many different options to fit any appetite and budget. They even have a “pick two” section if you care for lite meal options. All of us ordered the chicken tenders meal which is served with fries. The day we visited, Applebee’s was out of fries, so we substituted onion rings. All three of us enjoyed the chicken tenders and would certainly order again. The portions were large. However, in my opinion, the quality, freshness and preparation of the tenders could be better. In comparison to competitors (Chili’s, Hardee’s and Chick-fil-A) the chicken tenders were not up to par. The menu is very diverse and offers everything from pasta, chicken, steaks, burgers, salad and soups. They also have a full service bar for adult beverages. I was very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to returning to Applebee’s to try more of the menu items. In an area dominated by fast food options, it is very nice to have a casual, relaxed, comfortable, full service dine-in restaurant in Norton. I highly recommend this Applebee’s!

While i dislike that they were open the day after Christmas (thinking employees should be with family) I’m not here to rate acumen but instead food.
We ordered the Riblets and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. The chicken and shrimp were perfection.
The Riblets were very charred. More barbecue sauce and lower heat could have prevented this over grilling.
Our waiter was amazing too, and he took good care of us.
