Came in Feb 8 hostess says 10 minute wait. 2 couples already waiting. Another family came in. There was at least 4 booths empty plus the tables in the bar empty. We all walked out. I now understand why you only have a 3 for a review. Maybe you need better management so you won’t be short handed of workers

Just had dinner with family after picking our Christmas tree. This is the first place that the waiter (Stephen) came and checked on us frequently, apologized at least 3 times when one of us didn’t get our meal at the same time. Drinks were filled without having to wait or be asked. He was very courteous and had a big smile while waiting on us. I would say the waiter deserves a 10+ for the wonderful experience. Will make another trip for sure!

I love Applebee’s food and I always look for one in every city I visit, and I travel constantly. Everything was fine at this restaurant except for one small detail: I was enjoying my meal when a waiter or busboy walked past my table emitting an unpleasant body odor. I think management should ensure the personal hygiene and cleanliness of their employees, especially those who handle food. This happened on Saturday, January 17th, and my receipt shows the time as 5:23 pm.

This is the slowest Applebees I have ever been too. We were on our way to TN (mind you we came from NY) and wanted a quick bite to eat. Our server was Mindy and it took her about 10 minutes to see us. Our drinks were the quickest thing she brought out. The apps took 25 to 35 minutes to come. My wonton tacos, which are usually an Applebees staple were cold! You can tell they had been sitting there for a long time and the food immediately hurt my stomach. When our entrees came we had already been there for over an hour. We got to Applebees at 8:25pm but didn’t leave till 10:15pm. That is a long time to stop when you have a 13 hour drive to complete.
Our entrees were decent but I guess they have a theme of serving half hot, half cold food. The salmon was hot but the veggies were cold. My wonton was hot but toppings cold. Mindy was also not attentive, the table needed to be cleaned off after the apps and yet we had all the plates on the table including old cups and dirty plates from the first part of the meal.

Food: 2.5/10
It is sad when you have to eat the food regardless to how bad, just cause you’re hungry. But I would not recommend this location to anyone. It wasn’t even packed yet the service was poor and food very delayed. 4/10 won’t be back again!

Food was fresh and hot, actually cooked perfect, all our orders,even the endless boneless wings were great. The waitress was phenomenal. Kept our drinks full, And checked on us all the time. The only complaints I have was were we were sat. And when we entered there was hardly anybody in there there was a booth that I had quite a few people and they were loud. It was very noticeable from the second we walked in, and we were sit right next to them, which I thought was quite rude, because everybody in the restaurant was looking at these people for being loud, and we were sat right next to them.

This place is really going down in all aspects. The drinks are set at the bar and get so hot. Food has to be sent back numerous times. Getting your server back to your table is like pulling teeth. I also noticed several of the girls with long hair, playing with it. Going to tables. No hand washing. The manager needs to be more hands-on.

When we come in , I guess the waitress was having a bad day. She put us at a table that had food on it.Moved us to another table that had food on it. We politely told her we didn’t want to sit there because there was food on the table, She snatched the silverware up , then she was slamming glasses. It was very uncomfortable. Hopefully , she had a better day for the next Customers. We will not be back when she’s working.

2 for 25 combo. Chicken fettuccine was super. Very large piece of chicken for us both. Drinks was good also. Long Island iced tea for 3 bucks! Service was fast and efficient and very friendly. Great place to eat and drink!
