Hands down one of the best places I’ve visited in the Chester area. The food was excellent. I’ve seen some people criticizing the spinach and artichoke dip, but I ordered it for my table, and it was great. Maybe it’s an acquired taste for some people, but don’t say it’s bad. My o ly thing was we ran out of chips too fast and still had dip left. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, and they let request mushrooms on it. My table also ordered the broccoli and chicken Alfredo with blackened shrimp and the Whole Lotta bacon burger. Both dishes were great. We tried several of the alcoholic signature drinks, which were also great. Our server, Megan, was super nice and sweet. She was very patient with us and talked with us. The manager, Luke, was very friendly, and I don’t often see many places where the manager comes out and interacts with the customers. I very much enjoyed my conversation with him. Overall, the atmosphere was very chill and laid back. It offered a friendly place to stop, eat, and socialize. I can’t wait to visit here again.

We had a quick lunch. We arrived as soon as they opened; there was a small line. Service was fast and servers were super pleasant. The chicken tenders were crispy and delicious; the sauce on the tenders with the pasta was a little sweet for me but tasty. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The dip (spinach) was not a table favorite. We love bread and the pretzel and cheese dip was nice; pretzel bread was nice and fluffy.

Came in for an early Valentines Day dinner with the misses and think I found my true Valentine Dylan, his last name was Jones i believe. Dylan made my heart feel so good from the moment he smiled at me. The way he welcomed us with such a warm and confident energy instantly made me feel special. I thought he was so cute☺️ , especially with how polite and attentive he was. Every time he checked on our table, I couldn’t help but notice how kind his eyes looked. He had this natural charm that made the whole experience way more fun than I expected. By the time we left, I was still thinking about how sweet and adorable he had been.☺️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken and replaced the rice with loaded mashed potatoes. I also tried the boneless buffalo wings. I don’t really prefer them extra crispy but that’s how they come out. I actually sent them back because I thought they were over cooked. I asked my waitress and she informed me they are on a timer while cooking. Overall my main course was delicious. My waitress was excellent and she kept my glass filled with that strawberry lemonade. Definitely recommend and will revisit.

Megan P. was an excellent server this evening especially during a busy time, Veterans day. She was polite, courteous, accommodating, kind and professional. Nowadays good customer service is hard to come by so I was pleasantly surprised. The manager Luke was also very pleasant to deal with and super kind to me and my kids. My family grew up going to this Applebees, but like many other chain restaurants, the service, food quality and portion size slowly diminished. After a terrible experience, we stopped going for years. However, this year we had our niece over for the weekend and when our scheduled drop off time came with her parents we met them at Applebees curbside pick up as they were picking up their dinner. Their waitress Denise was so sweet. Knowing that my sister had been eating there frequently, my husband and I decided to give it another try! So happy we did. The food was great, but better than that was our curbside waitress Denise. We’ve been back 4x since and Denise is always our waitress. She is so personable, kind and attentive. I’ve already left a review on Applebees website, but I’m here now leaving a review because that how exceptional our experience has been with Denise. A restaurant can have great food but if the customer service sucks, no one will return. We return because of Denise. Whatever incentive program is available, she needs to receive the high reward. Denise if you get to read this: Thank you! You are such a kind soul and we will keep returning as long as you are there!

Had an excellent experience at Applebee’s thanks to Ivey. She absolutely understood the assignment. Professional, attentive, fast, and genuinely personable—the kind of bartender/server who elevates the entire visit. Drinks were on point, service was seamless, and she made us feel welcome without being overbearing. Customer experience done right. Applebee’s, take notes and protect Ivey at all costs. The service here was amazing we were instantly greeted when we sat everything was clean everyone was friendly wait wasn’t too long. Our server Ivey was on top of everything drinks and refills on time, never had to ask or wonder where she was she’s by far the best server we’ve had when we come to this location. She doesn’t hesitate to recommend appetizers and drinks and it was overall a breath of fresh air from past experiences we’ve had at other restaurants.
