Went in and had the club house grille and sat at the bar and was served by Angie! Food was good, service was even better. This location has become a favorite and Angie is the best! If you get a chance to stop by and get served by her, take it! Very personable and made us feel very cared for despite being the only person working on a weekday! Thanks Angie!!

Had a great dining experience mainly because of our server Harmony. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt great about our options from drinks to apps to entrees. If you get to visit the Ashland location please ask for Harmony. She will make sure your food is great your drinks remain filled and all with a wonderful smile. Good service is hard to come by but glad I experienced great service today!

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant or establishment.
Our waitress, Bianca H., took our order, and from that point on everything went completely downhill. The restaurant was not even busy, yet multiple different servers came to our table bringing food that we did NOT order. This happened three separate times, which left us confused and extremely frustrated.
When our actual food finally arrived — after about a 20-minute wait — it was cold and several items were missing from our order. The entire experience was disorganized, uncomfortable, and unacceptable.
Eventually, the manager came to the table, but instead of addressing the issues or offering a sincere apology, he was very combative with my husband. He stated that he was the one plating the food, which only made the situation worse since the wrong items had been sent to our table multiple times. At no point during the entire visit did he apologize or take accountability for the situation.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. This manager needs to be held accountable for his behavior, and corporate needs to conduct a visit and address the serious problems at this location. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This was my first time ever at Applebees and it was an exceptional experience all thanks to our lovely server Harmony! Harmony was incredibly personable and took care of absolutely everything for my table. It was hands down the best service I’ve ever received in a place of dining. Food came out quick and drinks were delicious. 🙂

I ordered Chicken and Shrimp and Garlic mashed Potatoes. My meal was very good, warm and tasty. My wife however, ordered Ribs and said they were burned and not as spicy as it usually was, and it was not warm at all. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and tried several times to try and make the problem right. But my wife said it never tasted right.

This Applebee’s location is by far the worst I’ve ever visited in my entire lifetime. My party of 7 came in and was seated by the waitress (BIANCA H) she was pleasant and took everyone’s drink orders and starters requested. The atmosphere was mild. There was barely any dine in customers only a few at the bar. Now to begin with this horrible experience the drinks were being brought out in spells. Alcoholic beverages were never received. Some were incorrect. Even after letting the waitress know, none of this was corrected. The waitress then took food orders. Some in the party didn’t order food however majority did. After orders were taken another reminder was given about the alcoholic beverages. Once received finally, the beverages were mixed incorrectly. Once the food began to come out the kitchen (nearly 45 minutes later) there were multiple waiters bringing out the food. Once approaching our table most of the food was incorrect. There were atleast three children at the table ages (2-5) to whom only two received their food. They were missing simple sides such as apple sauce. No untensils. We had to continue to prompt a waiter to bring spoons. Our food finally came out the food was cold and hard. It tasted like it was just sitting out in the back. There were different waiters bringing out food and each time they were bringing out something incorrectly. Some of the food belonged to the table behind us. The manager was prompted to come out the back not only because of the situation at hand with the food but because the 3rd child still hadn’t received their food. Once he arrived to the table his demeanor was very disgusting and rude. I immediately said one of the children is missing their food. He says well I was going to bring it but I was called to the table. And my reaction was your coming to this exact table where the food is supposed to go so tell me again why you left the child’s plate in the back? He proceed to say “well I plated the food”. Everyone at the table were very disgusted. He didn’t want to help. He was argumentative with two people out of the party. He didn’t want to compensate for the inconvenience nor did he once apologize. He proceeded to say I have a good team we are very professional however that was a bunch of bull. Everyone was acting confused. He was even going back and forth with the party at the table behind us. The lady told them that her wings were too hot and that she asked for mild. The waitress proceeds to say that’s what I put in the system. Instead of taking accountability of possibly making a mistake everyone were combative. As a manager your so called professionalism will run this establishment in the ground. Not only are you all not professional but you don’t believe in exceptional customer service because no one from the party was satisfied with their order and nothing was done. You and your staff complained and acted as if our party was difficult when everyone ordered simple items off the menu. Nothing was difficult you and your “professional” staff lacked the customer service experience that was expected and you should be shut down. Now everyone has their own experiences but for it to not be busy and it was only 6:00pm why was our food cold? We waited 45 minutes for cold food. Why were you bringing incorrect food to our table? Why did only bring out the for two children and not the third child? If your a manager why didnt care to fix the horrible experience that we were receiving? Disgusting location. Disgusting manger. Disgusting customer service. The better business bureau has been contacted. This establishment is disgusting and needs to be shut down.

Harmony was awesome. By far the best server I’ve ever encounter in my lifetime The only issue I had was I didn’t not have enough money to give her the tip she deserves. Food was hot check on you, but didn’t bother you. Energy was uplifting. Highly recommend you ask for her.

Very s l o w. Our waitress was wonderful. However for so few customers it took us forever to get our drinks from the bartender. And for our food to come up and be ready to serve. The food was good, but don’t go in hungry. Rating service is a broad category.

I decided to stop by this Applebee’s for dinner in between my two jobs. And I am so grateful I did! Heather, was my server. Heather is professional, attentive, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, warm, welcoming and has multi tasking down pack. It was not that crowded , however more customers arrived after I did and Heather, never missed a beat. Even if she couldn’t get to them right away, Heather immediately acknowledged their presence and said I will be with you as soon as I can. She served every customer with a smile, and true hospitality. Oh, and the most important most valuable and trustworthy thing, I almost forgot my debit card, and Heather ran out to my truck and gave it to me! What can I say this is the 3rd time I’ve had Bianca as my server she’s always so bright and bubbly and those dimples are to die for! Keep going Bianca I hope she’s our server next time! We will be asking for her section and will wait if needed! She great!
