This place is horrible! Service horrible! Staff unprofessional. Management Terrible!!! Server was stupid. She took my family order wrong can out with the incorrect platters and when told it was wrong she told my family no we ordered incorrectly. Which is crazy. Ppl come hungry they know exactly what they want. She was not apologetic, very nasty and rude. I held my composer having my family spoke with the manager who took her side and told me she’s his star employee and that’s surprising and went on to tell me about how he make sure thy take orders right. Then we had to wait another hour for the correct food well that came out and was still wrong. We ended up cancelling our order not eating. Ridiculous and it’s sad it our people. I will NEVER go back and don’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!

This was by far the worst Applebees experience my family has ever had. We were sat immediately, but had to wait 30-40 minutes before someone greeted/took our order. The place was not packed. We observed employees standing around the bar conversing with one another and bar customers. My husband and I ordered the 2 for 25 deal and our daughter had a kid’s meal. The wait for the food was an additional 45 minutes. While my husband’s entree was okay, my entree was cold and the chicken tasted of chemicals. The server was pleasant with my request to send it back, but then she informed me her manager says I had to order something else to fulfill the $25 deal. I told her to send the manager over. The manager, Jasmine (I did not catch her last name) reiterated what the server had told me and that if I did not order anything else, my husband’s entree and appetizer would revert back to original pricing. I expressed our frustrations for the long wait and distasteful food, to which Jasmine gave no acknowledgement or apology. I’d like to also add that the bathroom was disgusting. There was visible mold on the faucets and it wreaked of sewage. You could tell there were some unfinished plumbing issues under the sinks, where they were draped with bleach stained drapes. This entire experience was so disappointing, particularly during a time where people are struggling and deserve to enjoy a decent meal with their family and hard earned money. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was seated and waited around 45minutes before I had to just straight up get up and leave. No one ever came to our table. There was one waiter that seemed to be working and had his hands full so we gave him the benefit of the doubt but after 30minutes we were too hungry and decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead :/ the waiter never even acknowledged our table.

The service was off!! my daughter order a chicken Alfredo and they brought it out with no broccoli and when I ask the said it’s a recall but didn’t compensate us for the meal! Rory was very rude and was not willing to work with us and had a nasty attitude! I would not eat here again! Drinks also very nasty and not well blended!

I visited this location last week on March 1st at approximately 5:20 pm, and let me tell you. My cousin and I came in and sat at the table tops by the bar and had to ask for a server after 12 minutes of sitting there. Then, after getting a server, he put our food and drink orders in, and we waited and waited and waited until I asked to see a Manager. I told the Manager that we were waiting for 50 minutes and still there was no food or drinks. She said let me go check and never came back to say anything. I waited another 15 minutes and asked to see a Manager again. It was another Manager. I explained the situation again, which meant it was well over an hour with no food or drinks still. I told them to cancel my order. Neither of the Managers did anything to compensate us or apologize for the inconvenience. I usually get names to call to report to corporate. I was just so disappointed that I didn’t even bother! Never again!

I ordered carryout. Chicken ranch sandwich with fries. The fries were cool as if they had been sitting for a while. The lettuce was brown and the bun was torn at the bottom. There were small pieces of bacon on the sandwich. I don’t think the food would have been better if I had dined in. I won’t be going back there

The first time we’ve never left a tip. She did not fill the cups, anything that was asked for was not brought I would have to get up and go get it. I had to ask for the check by getting up and finding her and then delivering the check to her with the card. When that was not returned in a long period of time I had to go find her again. I have never had such bad service. The food was okay. My daughter did not enjoy the new dish chicken parmesan alfredo. She never came back to check on our food or our drinks. You paid the bill and left. Very disappointed. And it was not busy at all.

Whole experience was awful. We should’ve went to Texas Roadhouse instead! Everything from the service to the food was terrible. We should have known the moment we pulled up and saw the kitchen staff outside taking a smoke break in their greasy kitchen aprons. Came in around 8:30pm, it says that they were open until 12am. Ordered the 2 for $25, the meals came out 15 minutes apart. First meal had cold, limp fries but hot chicken tenders. Second meal had hot fries on top of cold fries and a warm, medium rare burger that was supposed to be well done. Ordered a drink, they didn’t have it so we opted for the blue Bahama mama with light ice, the drink they bought us looked like about two shots or as if someone drank half of it, so we sent it back. Boneless wings had too much sauce. Ordered a smoothie that came out with the check. Received a caesar salad that I did not ask for. Took 15 minutes to get napkins and straws. The waitress had the worst attitude as if we inconvenienced her by dining in. I asked for water but never received it so I had to clear my throat with the bottle of water I had in my bag! A nice lady I can assume was the manager because she’s the only one that seemed to care, had to assist us 2 times. The entire floor staff of young adults sat at one table during our entire visit at the restaurant, not working but instead gossiping. Did I mention that besides my sister and I, that there was only one guest sitting at the bar! How is the service this poor with only 3 people in the entire restaurant? It took 15 minutes to get the check and another 10 minutes for our waitress to come get our card, but only after I flagged the table of staff down. After all of this, the manager only took off $5! What a joke! Never again.

I went here for a quick meal today while there was barely any customers & I waited about 15 mins an nobody came to serve me I even went to the bathroom, came back & no one even came to offer me water or at least introduce themselves as my server I ended up leaving to go to another restaurant where the service was amazing & they were more busy than here!!! whomever was responsible for table 53 today for day shift was NOT a good server at all .
