After shopping at the Outlets I decided to grab some lunch. I was greeted at the door by Jake who asked where I would like to sit. He couldn’t have been nicer, answering all my questions and helped me make a decision on a grilled Chicken Oriental Salad. It came out quickly with warm juicy chicken and an herb break stick. The salad was such a big portion there for enough for another meal! The Manager even came by to introduce herself whiling checking on my meal/service. I highly recommend this location and will be back!

Food met expectations had the new O-M- Cheeseburger it was a great bite. Had the prickly pear margarita very tasty drink but I got to say Jess our server made us feel very cared for. Checked in frequently but not enough to bother us. She was more than awesome. Music was a great vibe. A nice little Applebee’s date night.

Food was hot, and service was wonderful! Jess remembered us from our previous visit, and made us feel right at home. The Tipsy strawberry lemonade and Prickly margarita were both really yummy. Also, the music set a great vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

Nothing beats a nice late dinner after work, especially with Jess, she makes it feel very welcoming and makes it feel like we are old time friends catching up as well as the exceptional service with coming every so often to see if everything is okay or if we need anything else. I always hope she is working whenever i come to eat here because of the positivity she gives. Overall the experience is excellent with her which is why i almost always come here to eat instead of anywhere else.

Great little spot for a quick lunch while at the outlets. I had Jake as my server and he was awesome. Attentive and shared some great options. I got one of the Irresitabowls (sp?) and it was surprisingly healthy. Great call on that Jake. If you are looking for fast and friendly service this is a great spot.

I’m sorry to have to lower the rating for the following-
See above Ramekin of Cheese Sauce that had a crust around it, had it been sitting around prior?
The carpet had an odor and the restaurant wasn’t dirty but could be cleaner. The computer screens should be wiped after each use, it was sticky.
The floors not as clean as one would want for a restaurant.
Overall you are getting pretty standard Applebees as you know it.

The store in Rehobeth is by far the best ive been too! They are certainly all about the customer. I had to have them remake a smoothie because it had strawberry in it, then they made me just a mango, well then I didn’t like that so they then remade me another drink and I went with a shake instead. And they kept fixing the problem with NO PROBLEM at all. Now I call that wonderful customer service! I will continue to come back to this store! Thank you for making my experience nice.
