What I received verses what I ordered pictures to follow, This was just quick meal with my husband and daughter. There food was good but mine wasn’t something to write home about. I hope to try this entree again at a different location. It was nothing like the picture. See below what ordered verses what I received.

Unfortunately I had Ron as a server, who was extremely inattentive. Most of the serving staff huddled with the general manager around the kiosk to input orders around the bar. They laughed and had a merry time while the Eagles were making a comeback with the Commanders. However my server’s lackluster and lackadaisical attitude towards his job was truly disappointing. The food was great so kudos to the chef, you’re doing very well. But for the restaurant to be very full, almost every single server seemed to be not caring. The only server who seemed to be concerned the appropriate amount was a curly brown haired fellow whose section was to the left of the entrance. All the serving staff could use a bit more training. Not to sound rude but there’s not reason my drink should be empty for over ten minutes when I ordered 15 minutes prior, and entrees not appetizers. Ron even came back to greet a table behind me and walked away so quickly I had not time to ask for a refill. Waved down another person to ask for refills. When Ron came back with them it was clear he seemed annoyed because I asked another person. I understand they have the kiosk on the table but I had no clue about that until the end of my meal. All in all disappointed with the service but the food was good. I would order curbside to avoid the service.

My glass was so full of ice kid you not o only got 3 drink out of my straw an it was empty. My food wasn’t seasoned an my rice was white.. dont think I will eat at this one again..my waiter was cool an so was the atmosphere

They were low on help. The bartender/our server was working so many tables and did amazing. Her name started with a J. When things were busy a manager who was a guy stepped in and did great. The chef messed up on the temperature of my steak and the manager automatically deducted my meal. Food tasted great and my drink as well.

I love this Applebees that staff is so friendly it made my baby mamma think I was having an affair . She gets jealous easily; especially when it’s pretty girls. He food is always on point and the fries made fresh and they don’t skip out on the seasoning. Keep up the good work ladies

I get delivery. EVERY single order is wrong, something is always missing. I usually let it go, cause I don’t want a driver having to come back for my missing side of fries lol. But this time, a whole order was missed and they made me call DoorDash. WTH you got the order wrong again and you wanna put it on the driver. SMH. No accountability, no responsibility.

Go see Amanda, and she will show you the best time and help give you the best ideas on what to eat or drink. Her vast knowledge of the menus and of how the kitchen runs allowed us to have the best dining experience we have ever had at any Applebee’s . She was so kind, and we will definitely be back in to see her again.
Update 1/12/24- total disappointment! Waste of money!
The waitress was not busy but was still slow and forgetful. We ordered from the 2 entrée +1 appetizer for $28. We had the spinach artichoke dip, and that was good. The tortilla chips that it comes with were warm and perfectly salted. I ordered the 8oz. Sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My guest got the Fiesta lime chicken and had no complaints about their dish. However, my servings were tiny, no garnish, and cold. I asked for extra butter for the potatoes and broccoli before my meal came so that our waitress and she brought me cold margarine. I asked her to heat my food up, and I’m guessing that she microwaved it because it took less than five minutes for her to bring it back. I’m still disappointed about the whole experience considering how wonderful my first experience was.

I went to this Applebees expecting some good eats and left kinda disappointed. My food was not up to par with the likes of the harbor and it may need some work. Although the service was really good. There was this young lad Cyrus and he was very nice and friendly. It was an ok experience all in all

I would like to preface this with the fact that we visit this Applebee’s pretty often; at least once a week. Our expectations aren’t high because it’s Applebee’s. We’re not expecting Michelin Star level from here. The food and drinks are cheap and they’re open late. I don’t leave reviews, but it does get to a point.
On multiple occasions, we have visited and the service has been near non-existent; orders never rang in, drinks taking up to 30 minutes, servers disappearing after the food is dropped off among other issues. Tonight, a couple at the bar near us complained about the lack of service from the bartender who was clearly in the weeds. As opposed to assisting the bartender, who was balancing his customers and service bar well outside of the impatient customers next to us, everyone just sat and watched.
There were at least 4 servers sat watching the bartender juggle between customers + the manager. No one stepped in to assist. All of us currently serve or have served in the past, and the general consensus is that it seemed ridiculous to have a near empty floor and a packed bar, but no one is helping out.
We have a few servers that we will sit with because we know the service will be good, including this bartender so it’s not necessarily about capability. The service issues and poor floor management make for a few eye-roll moments. And very very rarely are the servers or management remorseful about the mistakes. We don’t really need explanations, just our food and drinks on time. Our visits have greatly decreased due to this. Hopefully they get it together.

Food was very good; we ordered a variety of types from salads to burgers. Once we were seated the service was good. Prices were average for this style of restaurant. Server was nice and courteous. It was my daughter’s birthday so they brought her a chocolate cake and ice cream free of charge.
