Edit: We come here pretty often but I’ve never had such a great server like Brandy. She was amazing. She needs a raise. We also tried the grilled cheese burger, mediocre but the 2 for $26 is a great deal. We love Applebee’s. Super cozy decor, and we were greeted at the door almost instantly and asked if we wanted a booth or a table. They were super nice and when we wanted to swap a dish, they were super helpful and took it off the bill for us. I love Applebee’s and every time I come back that fact never changes. We got the brew pub pretzels which are delicious, the whisky bacon burger (my favorite), the dish we swapped was the hot honey glazed chicken and bacon skillet which wasn’t bad it was a pretty small portion and instead got the chicken quesadilla salad which was a bit portion and super good. Cinnamon mini swirls are a staple dessert. Staff was super friendly even though we asked for a dish swap. Edit: another time coming we got a server named Ben and he was awesome. He didn’t take things step by step he was super fast and pretty much asked us if we were ready almost immediately which was great. Hands down the best server we’ve ever had here. Super nice and efficient. Helped with all our rewards stuff.

We recently ordered from Applebee’s using their app. We arrived just a couple of minutes after the estimated time but ended up waiting over half an hour for our food. Living only five minutes away, I was disappointed to find that our food was COLD when we got home, except for the chicken parmesan, which was still basically hot. In addition I attached some pictures of our food. I half a scoop of soup and unmelted cheese on a cold grilled cheese burger.
We typically love eating here, we’ve even had some nights we’d wait a decently long time but over looked it due to our positive experiences.

We had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Dillon. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and professional. He stayed on top of refills, made sure our food came out right, and checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving good service. It made the whole meal smooth and enjoyable. If you go to Applebee’s, ask for Dillon — he’ll take care of you.

Ben was my server and was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive to our needs and helpful when we had questions about the menu. The food also came out very quickly and was delicious. I will 100% be back and highly recommend!

The place has gone downhill over the past year or so, on one visit we got pretty much ignored by our server, got brought the wrong food and even had a hair in a drink when it finally arrived. Decided to give them another shot, and this time our server was Awesome,he was attentive, friendly and accurate. Unfortunately the food was lacking quality and quantity so we were still left disappointed, the price was OK but would still like to see the quality Come back, and for goodness sake give me more fries then I would get in a “Happy” Meal!!

From the host to the waitress to the manager Donna was so sweet and so good with our 10 month old! Our waitress Jhanice was amazing! The manager was awesome too. There was something wrong with our order, we didn’t make a big deal – just asked for new (we know mistakes happen)! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was made right, way more than we would have expected. The service here is phenomenal- we will absolutely be back!

Norman was a wonderful waiter! He went above and beyond and truly make our experience. The manager was on the floor helping to serve food, bus tables, and clean up the whole time we were dining. The hostess helped to clear plates as we stacked them. It was wonderful to see the teamwork and friendliness that this location has to offer! I was trying to complete the ziosk survey with all satisfactory things to say but the ziosk kicked me off so I hope this still counts towards your goals! You all were fantastic and thank you Norman for your kindness and service! After a long day at CHOP it was a blessing to have such a great experience!
