I really enjoyed myself here. After my cousin’s funeral me and my family of 12 went here and the waiter took care of us very much. All the food was good. Most of us did 2 for $20/$25 and had leftovers to take home. Also, there was a great happy hour that kicked off at 4 pm. I will definitely be coming back.

I went on Friday, March 6, 2026, to celebrate my birthday with my friends. We were served by Rosa, a waitress who was super friendly and very helpful. I think Rosa is the only nice thing about that place, and I say that because my friends saw how the manager and other waiters sang happy birthday to other diners. So my friend had the idea to ask Rosa if they could please sing Happy Birthday to me. She replied that she would ask the manager and left. Rosa came back very angry because the manager told her they wouldn’t sing to me because everyone at our table spoke Spanish. Rosa even argued with the manager about it because she is Puerto Rican and didn’t think the manager’s treatment of us was fair. I felt discriminated against for being Latino, and the icing on the cake was that I ordered a spicy margarita. From the first sip, I started to get a terrible headache and became very thirsty, so much so that I asked Rosa for three glasses of water because I felt so bad. I came to the conclusion that the alcohol they served me was adulterated, and I have no doubt that it had to do with the same racism for speaking Spanish. I hope that as a company, you will better train your staff that all people are equal, regardless of their nationality or origins.

I came close to 5pm my food was a hour late other people who came after me got their food before me, my server literally took requests in one ear and out the other. I get it was crowded and a weekend but dang that was the worst service i ever experienced. My pasta was dry as i dont know what !! i asked for extra alfredo sauce never got it. When i asked for a discount i got the runaround and all they gave me was $10 off my next meal knowing dam well i dont wanna come back. This is a hit mess and i been coming here for YEARS

ATTN: Todd Cummins and Mr. Seaman

Last night, my girlfriend and I visited this Applebee’s location for the very first time, arriving at 10:20 PM. We sat at the bar expecting basic hospitality and professionalism. Instead, we experienced one of the most uncomfortable and unacceptable dining experiences we’ve ever had.

The bartender — a young gentleman with braids — did not acknowledge or greet us until roughly 10:25–10:30 PM. That delay was not the issue. What followed was.

Immediately after taking our drink order, he loudly yelled across the bar, “Does anybody want another drink before I go home at 10:30?” That statement alone was shocking. It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made it very clear that customers were an inconvenience. Another guest young lady even joked, “It’s only 10:30 — that’s last call, not kicking everybody out because you want to go home.” Unfortunately, that comment summed up the entire experience.

The drink we were served was extremely weak — mostly juice — and it felt intentional, as though the bartender wanted to ensure we would not order another one. From the moment we arrived, we were rushed, dismissed, and made to feel unwelcome.

To make matters worse, we don’t know his name the bartender never introduced himself, never displayed a name tag, and gave us no way to identify him. There is also a large sign clearly stating that if guests are not offered gift cards, they receive a free appetizer on their next visit. This was never mentioned to us even once. While we have no intention of returning, it further demonstrates a complete lack of training and accountability.

Even more concerning, during the entire 25 minutes we were in the restaurant, not a single manager was visible. No manager checked on guests, no manager supervised the bar, and no manager was present to prevent or correct this behavior. That absence reflects a serious breakdown in leadership. Even when nother table requested manager none came out maybe after we left

Let me be absolutely clear. If this establishment closes at 11:00 PM, then guests should be served properly and professionally until 11:00 PM. Employees do not get to decide to shut down service early because they want to go home.

This was our first visit, and it will absolutely be our last — not only to this location, but to Applebee’s as a whole. I own a company and regularly take my employees out — sometimes two people, sometimes five or six. That consistent business will never go to Applebee’s.

I sincerely hope this review is taken seriously and reviewed directly by Todd Cummins and Mr. Seaman. This is not about punishment — it’s about leadership, accountability, and ensuring guests are treated with respect. What happened last night was unacceptable and completely avoidable.

Extremely disappointing. Unprofessional. And a total failure of management.

What I was sold vs. what I was served — a big difference.
I ordered the chicken parm expecting it to look like what was advertised, but what I got looked nothing like it. When I asked the manager if he saw anything wrong with it, he simply said, “No, it looks just like chicken parm to me.” Honestly, that response was just as disappointing as the meal itself. Poor quality and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning.

Allison, the bartender at Applebee’s, provided excellent service from start to finish. I watched her the whole time, and she did an amazing job multitasking—handling multiple guests, making drinks quickly and accurately, and still staying friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit.
I will be sure to sit at the bar every time she’s here and happy birthday
