After not visiting Applebee’s for many years — not intentionally, just life getting busy — we decided to stop in for dinner, and it was a pleasant surprise.
From the moment we were seated, our waitress Karen was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made us feel comfortable right away and made sure everything was just right without being overbearing.
The food was good, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the evening felt easy and enjoyable. It reminded us why Applebee’s has been a longtime favorite.

As a bonus, we even got to pick up some Girl Scout cookies on our way out.

Awesome. Great service! We had our micro-wedding reception here and the manager was very willingly helpful in planning and accommodating our needs! The food and service was great. We will definitely be back!! They dont take reservations but that did not stop them from working with our requests and needs.

Absolutely love the place and all that work there. The only problem is the bench seating. I’m 200 pounds when you sit there there is no padding. You sink into the seat and you are sitting on wood. But the place is fantastic. I go every week

Today we Visited the Bensalem Apple Bee’s the service was Excellent, the waitress Tiffany had top Notch customer service. She made sure she asked us if any thing was needed and refilled our drinks without asking . The customer service was excellent as well! Several people checked on us throughout our visit. My Father was extremely Happy.

our server was amazing EMILY B WAS filpping fantastic it was valentines day and she was mobbed! my wife and I only came in for dessert which I would imagine is not the greatest for a server because the bill is less, but she still put on a smile and treated us like gold as if we spent $100 instead of $20

Bianca is an amazing server, she deserves to be recognized. It was a bit crowded, she was going between tables making sure everyone had everything without a flaw.
She is professional, informed, personable. She knew the menu completely and was able to offer me the items I inquired about with no hesitation.
