Firstly, i want to applaud the service, we arrived decently late into the night and everyone was very kind , ordering and getting our food was quick and easy! Unfortunately the second half is the fact everything we ordered was pretty bland or overly greasy, now mind you this very much could have been our choice in dishes and/or the time we had arrived but we both personally felt decently nauseatingly sick after eating our food. I hope to have a better bodily experience at a different time and very much appreciated our server and host!

I visited this location this past weekend with my sister around 10pm. We were sat down within 15 minutes, which was not bad. I was unable to remove my jacket the entire time I was there because it was very cold. I looked around and everyone else also had a sweater or jacket on too. It certainly doesn’t make it a comfortable setting to eat at. The server was not attentive and never refilled my water or my sisters water either. The food did come out cold. My sister was tired and hungry and didn’t want me to send it back. I ended up packing 1/2 of it to go and warmed it up at my house. The restaurant floor was very dirty and so were most of the empty tables around me. Yet, I see two ladies standing by the front talking to one another. I’m not sure why they didn’t have them help clean up a bit to make the place seem cleaner and more suitable to eat at. I am not sure that I would return to this specific applebeees. It seems that their other locations are better maintained and provide you with a warm meal.

Went here for dinner last weekend with a couple friends and overall it was a solid experience. The place had a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and talk without feeling rushed. Food came out in a reasonable time and everything was fresh and warm. I ordered a classic entrée and it tasted just like you’d expect, not overdone and not bland either. Portions were fair for the price. Our server was polite and checked in a few times but didn’t hover, which I appreciated.

1st time eating at this location. We had a great server. Food was nice and hot. Service was quick for a busy Saturday afternoon. Applebee’s has really good appetizers but certain locations make it wrong or serve it cold. This location did it right. I highly recommend their new apple dessert.

Stopped for dinner at about 7pm. The restaurant was mostly full and service was kinda slow. Our waitress was great but working lots of tables so refills didn’t happen. (She did give us to go cups for the refills we didn’t get during dinner). Food came out hot and tasted good. Tables are very close to each other so loud neighbors can impact your dinner. Hostess stand is very close to the main entrance causing issues with customers waiting to be seated and those trying to enter/exit.

I met up with 5 friends on a weekday for lunch. It wasn’t crowded at all. The menu has a nice selection of entrees and appetizers ranging from fairly healthy options like salads to the not-so-healthy choices like burgers and fries. While it may not be particularly creative, the food was well prepared and tasty. The service was good, the food came out of the kitchen quickly, and the bathroom was clean, so I can easily recommend the Cedar Crest location. Bottom line: Applebee’s is a nice place to get together with friends and eat out a reasonable price. Just don’t expect a unique culinary experience.

Great atmosphere. As soon as we arrived we were seated. Our waitress wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. She never checked up on us, never asked how the food was. She even asked if I wasn’t a refill while I was getting up to leave! (I didn’t get it)
However, The food was amazing, the chefs did there thing that night. Everything was fully cooked with lots of taste.

Arrive around 4:30PM on a Friday. Got seated quickly. Kevin was our server. He came to take our drink order quickly. Took our food order right away. We got the 2/$25. We had wings. They were good and saucy. I got the limited time garlic steak skillet. My Husband had Fiesta lime chicken ( can’t go wrong with that dish) the food came quickly. Nice appearance. Temp was not steaming hot but not cold. My well done steak was perfect. The only thing I could find wrong was there wasn’t a blob of garlic butter like the picture on the advertisement showed. In fact, there wasn’t any garlic butter at all which was the whole reason I ordered that. I’m not one to send food back unless it is really REALLY bloody or sometime gross. The steak was ok. It was soft. The Mashed potatoes were bland. The broccoli was alright. Not like Longhorn Steakhouse broccoli with that amazing lemon butter YUM. My Husband was happy with his Fiesta lime chicken. Mentioned he wished there was just a little more of the sauce and Pico. Checked out quickly. I would definitely go back because I’d like to try the Garlic steak skillet but this time with garlic butter!
