Stopped here after a movie on Friday night. The place was busy but not super busy as we got our table immediately.
We got a variety of dishes on the menu. All was decent. Food came out at the same time. Fries were stone cold. Steak cooked as ordered. Salad was palatable with crispy chicken a bit dry. Ribs were flavorful and came off the bones easily.
We appreciate the setup of this restaurant. The floor was partitioned with glass panels. Noise level was reduced significantly allowing a relatively quiet eating environment.
Service was good. We did not have to wait long for anything.
If the quality of food improves, this can potentially be our go to local restaurant.

Went here last night and the food was DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING! first of all it came out cold and we waited hour with ONLY 15 ppl in there. The Food was definitely sitting and the way it tasted , I’m sure it OLD! The waitress was trash definitely didn’t like her service. The mozzarella sticks with old and cooked in old oil. The spinach dip was unflavored and disgusting. Nothing we ordered was delicious. Nothing we ordered was tasteful. Everything was disgusting. If it wasn’t for the person who I was with all of it would’ve went back and we wouldn’t have paid for nothing and left! That’s how bad the food was here!
So, whatever fake chef you had back there should be ashamed of the trash that sent out.

this is the best applebees i’ve ever visited by far. the entire staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment i walked in. our waitress was so kind and attentive. the food came out hot and tasted great. the managers were very involved and has this place on their A game. management also seemed to work very well with all of the employees and everyone seemed happy. ive worked at multiple chain restaurants in my life so it’s easy for me to tell when a restaurant has good management and this was it. I am very impressed with how put together this applebees location is and definitely will be returning.

I came out tonight for dinner with my brothers for my birthday and right when we arrived, our server passed us and told she’d be right with us which is totally okay they did seem pretty busy so we weren’t bothered but then 10 minutes passed and she came over and didn’t say hi, how are you nothing like that she asked us what we wanted to drink the second she came to us. didn’t tell us her name so i asked the hostess after my meal. we ordered our drinks and food at the same time and when i asked if i could also have a water with my drink she made a snarky remark saying “ i was pushing my luck” i understand as a server of a restaurant how busy you can be but being rude and ignorant isn’t acceptable. i firmly believe she was rude to me and my brothers because we are teenagers and assumed we wouldn’t tip her, if you serve us well we tip if not it’s a different story. i gave her a $20 tip. she checked up on us once and the manager brought out our food she came by 20ish minutes later to ask if everything was okay. when we asked for dessert she came by and took our plates and was really unprofessional and sloppy while throwing food from other plates to other ones, she then came and slammed our dessert down on the table and just walked away. when we were just about finished with the dessert she came and asked how we were going to pay, i said card and she came brought a device and then left and didn’t come back to the table. even though we were treated badly i still left $20 on the table for her. i was truly disappointed at the service considering im also a server. Had an amazing experience at this Applebee’s today for lunch. We tried the new Melted Cheesy Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely worth trying. The boneless wings came out piping hot, too. Happy about that! What really stood out was the service: the manager in the chef coat actually brought our food out to the table and was incredibly polite, and another manager stopped by later to check that everything was perfect. Our waitress, Hannah, was also an absolute delight. Top-notch service and great food!

Good luck enjoying your meal, staff constantly checking in way too often. Furthermore, we’re still eating our meal and they’re asking if we need boxes, like I’m literally still eating. Jesus just push me out the door. Doesn’t feel very welcoming.

Went with a group of 10 on a late Saturday night. They pushed tables together that partially blocked the aisle because the servers worked in that section only. They did well, forgot a few things but overall took care of us. I believe everyone enjoyed the food because none complained. I was able to enjoy my people so it was a good experience.

Stopped here for lunch during the trip, they have a all you can eat deal that is really good. Kid menu is available. I wouldn’t recommend the sirloin as it was very hard to chew but everything else was good and prices are reasonable. The server was excellent!

If I could give 0 stars to service I would. The server (canslis) starting with a C was very careless of her tables and continued to stand around and purposely not attend my families table! We also got our food before our appetizers which we were very unhappy waiting long for our appetizers and did not bring the things we ordered. What was really disappointing was that the manager was super rude when he accidentally brought a French onion soup to our table and asked us if we were sure that we didn’t order it when we repeatedly said no as his tone and looks were rude.

Visited when it was completely empty, which may have biased my opinion. My only comment was that the prices seemed high. Although I took home half my food because the portion sizes are quite large, which is why I don’t fault them for being a bit expensive. I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in years, so I was surprised how good it was. I had the Caesar salad and chicken parm. Both were delicious.
