Went on a monday evening. Wasn’t busy but recieved very slow service. Server took awhile to get our drink order took them about 20 minutes to get a shark bowl drink to the table. Recieved our appetizer at a decent time but recieved pieces and crumbs of chips for the queso dip. We ordered a burger the trio app and the loaded fries as well and the server forgot to put in the loaded fries so when the other 2 dishes came out and they didnt we asked and instead of coming back to own up and admit she forgot to put the order in we were done eating everything else by the time the loaded fries came out so we ended up paying and taking something home that went to waste. No wonder a lot of these places are going out of business they really dont properly train people to take pride in their work anymore. My suggestion is go for happy hour so you certainly don’t pay full price for anything. Burger and trio app were great though and thankfully I had a $25 gift card and still paid $35…

We were disappointed with our online order tonight. The meats were very dry. There was a missing side order. The steak was supposed to be ‘medium’ and was dried out and ‘well done’. The fries didn’t travel well. Sad salad…This was a $60 order. We won’t be ordering from this Applebee’s again.

Visited here twice in the last few days as we are here Visiting a friend and some family. We had Mara as a server the first time. Wonderful service. Food came out fast and hot. Half rack of ribs, bacon Cheeseburger, fries, Tito Bay Breeze drink, and a mountain dew.
Lizzy was our server tonight. Food came out hot and fast again. My steak was medium rare. Perfect. Tito Bay Breeze drinks were all made the same and were great. Lizzy was the best server we had in the past 15 or so restaurant visits. She stayed to make sure my steak was done to my liking. Between the Hostess, bar, cook, server, food, and cleanliness we will be back during our next trip north.

Great experience!!! Food was on point we had the spin dip, fiesta lime chicken and bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Service was the best and Tonya rocks!! We had her twice in the last week or so and she has taken excellent care of us. We will be asking if she is on when we come in from here on out. Awesome job, Tonya!!!

Not sure who oversees take out, but maybe rethink your process. Two times now I’ve ordered and received wrong or incomplete meals. I don’t mind paying $20 for a salad, but please make it look semi decent. My southwest chicken bowl didn’t even have rice, main reason I buy it. No tortilla strips and came with the wrong type of chicken. Sorry, but this maybe the last time ordering. Sad, beacause when you get ot right, its actually good. But two times in a row is enough for me.

I love Applebees, however the quality of my experience has been depreciating. When we arrived there was only 3 tables taken and the hostesses seemed confused and conversed about where to seat us for 2 minutes before finally putting us in a high top both-table with a toddler in a car seat. The staff seemed very unprofessional and created a trashy environment for me and my family. There was some obnoxious guest and very loud and talking super loud and were trash talking the food and restaurant with the one employee behind the bar. Derek the bartender/server was very pleasant and trying his best, if you replace everyone but him I wouldn’t be upset. Don’t turn into bob evens they have ruined their reputation with service quality and so has red lobster do better or be another statistic.

So we have been doing the 2 for $25 at different locations. This one, in particular, does not hold the quality of food to the same standard as others.. From over cooked steak that was sapose to be medium. The steak was one of the worst tasting I have had. To the lack their of the fries. The chicken was very dry, and the sauce on it was not appetizing. Our server was awesome. She came back often and kept up with us.. The alcoholic drink I got should not have been the best part of my meal. There needs to be a standard between restaurant chains.

After 35-45 minutes waiting in entryway, we were seated. Table barely clean and food grease on chairs. Bad experience. This was a get together of 7 for my daughter’s belated birthday outing. All got appetizers, only one came out. The others were asked for. Tge trio that I received was cold and the pickle fries looked like it was the crumbs of leftovers. The chips with artichoke dip were all crumbs. 3 of us got the O-M cheeseburgers. They were so burnt including the rolls that they stuck to the sizzling skillet. Manager did come to table as requested. He replaced the burgers. When we got the fresh ones, they were literally raw inside. One was actually only brown on the outside and dripping red. Mine was raw inside and I can not do raw. The server seemed to be under the influence and you could see it in her eyes as well. She stood spacing out at table. Another female is tour table was on her phone and server stood there watching over her shoulder at her phone. Very very upsetting. Seemed we have came to just be fed leftovers/scraps. Our table had empty plates and glasses on them since we were there. Not once were they removed. So we tried keeping them organized and stack on table. I don’t go out because my work schedule and I was finally able to. Now, I don’t think I’ll be back. I can’t figure out how to add pics to this review.

A recent dining experience revealed concerning unprofessional conduct among staff members. Employees were observed using inappropriate language in the presence of children during their personal time. The establishment’s management appeared to tacitly approve of this behavior. Such conduct is unacceptable and undermines a family-friendly atmosphere. It is imperative that all employees maintain professional standards, regardless of their shift status.
