My family and I stopped here after a long time on the road and before we went to our hotel. So we had the whole shebang from appetizers to dessert. We shared onion rings, spinach and artichoke dip, and mozzarella Sticks. Our server, Hunter, was very attentive and efficient, making sure we were finished with our appetizers before our main course came out. I had a half rack of baby back ribs, and when they say they are fall off the bone, they’re not kidding! My daughter got the chicken parmesian, which she liked. My granddaughter got the Mac and cheese off the kids menu with apple sauce and strawberries, and my son-in-law got steak. My only complaint was that his steak came out medium well instead of medium rare, which is how he ordered it. The restaurant is handicapped accessible, and they even have an accessible door on the side with a ramp going to the upper level. It is also very kid friendly with a kid’s menu and booster seats which we used for my four-year-old granddaughter. I don’t know if they have high chairs, though. Overall it was a good experience and a great place to eat.

Came to Applebees with my husband for Veterans Day. It’s been years since we’ve come to this location. Highly disappointed, the appetizer was good but my meal absolutely disgusting. I honestly couldn’t even swallow my first bite. I know they’re busy but our waitress wasn’t very personable. When I asked for a burger she walked away I didn’t even get to tell her I wanted fries. My husband said his food didn’t have any flavor and had to add salt to it. We probably won’t be coming back here. I will give them grace that this was a busy night. The burger and fries were way better the guy who brought it out was very nice.

Me and some friends got seated and waited 15 minutes for our drinks and then it was another 30 mins before we got our food. Once the food came out our boneless wings were cold and the mac n cheese was absolutely disgusting. The pasta was extremely over cooked, beyond edible. And the chicken was dry. Service was slow and the drinks weren’t flowing. I’m extremely disappointed In this establishment.

Came to the Hermitage location when it was not busy at all. We waited approximately 15 minutes for our drinks because the bartender was also the hostess. When the drinks were finally delivered one of the people in our party received the wrong drink. All of our food was great and came out correctly, however when we were checking out, our waitress switched 2 people cards and charged them the wrong amount. Another person also was almost charged twice because the waitress said she “accidentally left the card on the tap to pay”… very disappointed with our experience at this location.

Stopped in today, with my family. I was using a knee scooter, from a recent surgery. They only had two young ladies working. I must say Haven was amazing. She seated us immediately in a great spot seeing my scooter. She was running food, seating customers, taking care of the delivery pick ups and manning the bar. She did all this while being pleasant with a smile on her face. This girl deserves . My appetizer was great but the main course not so much. I’m not sure if the kitchen was short staffed. I didn’t say anything because of how crazy it was. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars today.

Went here the other day. Staff were excellent. From the moment we walked in, greeted by two sweet teenagers. Very funny and genuinely caring. Server was a man by the name of Scott and he too was a fun and good server. Food was about what we paid for, but knew that coming in. Always a good time at Applebee’s.

Had a good experience, got sat right away, and our waitress served us our drinks quickly. We got the appetizer sampler and everything was good except the chips that seemed to be cooked too much and were greasy. The waitress took care of us, replacing the chips with fresh ones. The wings were a little cooked too much but tasted ok with the barbecue sauce

Great experience. We got there when the place opened and got seated instantly. Our waiter, Hunter, who was only there for 4 days, took our order. He was amazing and friendly, already being great at his job even though he was new.
