It took over 20 mins for a server to take our order, she was helping our main server out. We had no silverware ( 3 people) she brought out our app and said the dishes are being washed. Then came back with 2 sets of plastic ware. Our food was cold, the slaw had mold. The manger was amazing. We left… didn’t want a recook. After mold, one losses an appetite.

Everytime we go here we have a great experience. Corbin has been our server on several occasions, including this one and she is always amazing! We typically have a large party but each time she is patient with us while ordering, and always nice. She gives great recommendations too! Joshua, the manager, was also very present on the floor which is always nice to see from management. He came over several times and checked up on us, was very conversational, and all around great as well.

I placed an order over the phone with I believe her name is Kerry, she was so very polite and accommodating when I did not know what I wanted and help me figure out what I was talking about. I placed a very large order and everything was packed perfectly and accurate and she was very busy when I arrived, but she took care of me and made sure everything was right. She was awesome.! give her a raise! I will definitely return as long as she takes care of me!

A few days ago another restaurant couldn’t accommodate our party size but with a quick phone call we were assured they could handle it. The manager was very accommodating and by the time we got there, the tables were already waiting on us to be seated. Our waiter, Shelby, handled everything with ease and made our visit great. We appreciate it!!

The service only struggled due to poor kitchen team and what I assume would be poor management on top of that. Busy Saturday night everything needs to be operating smoothly and sadly that wasn’t the case. Food was ok. Parts were cold. One of our party never even received her food even after multiple questions and wonders. Had to get bartender to get us refills. Bar seemed to be the only area in this place operating efficiently and without incident. Manager was extremely kind and accommodating but she was met with a daunting task and failing kitchen. Kitchen failing miserably = servers suffering. Can’t remember the last good experience I had at Applebees within 5-7 years.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s. The entrées were really good—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The grilled cheese burger and mushroom topped steak was perfect. The service was excellent too: friendly, quick, and attentive without feeling rushed. Overall, a solid visit and definitely worth coming back.

The 2 for $25 is reasonable and curbside pickup was smooth. Not sure if the mac ‘n cheese portion merits the upcharge compared to some of the other entree options, but everything tasted great. Love the tanginess of the BBQ sauce and the seasoning on the fries.
