This is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Applebee’s. My server, Tatia, was very attentive, to the point that I would look up and have a drink refill, and my food appeared promptly (even though it was a “complicated” order by some standards). The management came by frequently to check on me and ensure I was having a great experience. 10/10 recommend!

Greeting by a warm welcome from our server Cailin. She was very attentive and friendly. We never had to look around or wonder if she had forgotten about us. She timed our apps and entrees perfectly and had refills before we ever even had to think about it. A perfect example of hospitality and going above and beyond. We had the app combo, French onion soup, chicken taco soup, chicken oriental salad ,and shrimp n parm with steak. We will be back! Thank you again. Would recommend!

Our server, Tatia, promptly greeted us and was very attentive during our visit. She checked in on us frequently during our visit. We weren’t too hungry so we shared a basket of fries. We asked for well done fries and they were cooked perfectly. The beer was fresh and cold. Overall enjoyable experience.

Longtime customer in restaurant…HOWEVER this evening ordered a salad and brownie dessert…Oriental chicken salad…on 9ne site in Pgh…Robindon 13 and change … Greentree charged 17 and change for this salad…only 1 dressing..also ordered dessert brownie Icame with a literal teaspoon ice cream inside of a dressing to go container…stunning shocking..2.99…shameful bill 30 bucks..8 for washer 22 and change

This deserves a full refund…look at this pathetic dessert…..if this is the dessert…you all must remove it…serve chocolate chip cookie if youre charging 299…disgraceful

Walked in and only one employee working the front. She was fast, kind, efficient, friendly, and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was being taking care of. I was a manager for a restaurant for 20 years so I truly can appreciate how hard she was genuinely working. Thank you Becky…I’ll be back! During my visit last Saturday, I sat at the bar. Makayla was working, and she did a tremendous job of keeping our drinks filled. She is very outgoing, and the entire staff made us feel very welcomed. I am looking forward to my next visit, and I am excited to get another 12 oz ribeye, cooked medium rare, with a shrimp-parm topper, and double broccoli. Gives me chills just thinking about it honestly!

My boyfriend and I stopped here a few weeks ago on one of the busiest nights. We were seated in the bartender Sue’s section. She was the best server/bartender I’ve honestly had in years. We went back again tonight and requested her to wait on us as she was amazing once again. I would recommend stopping in and having dinner/drinks a million percent!
