I had the grilled cheese cheeseburger, which was fine. I would have liked to have tried the mozzarella sticks, but they never came. I get it, stuff happens, but the manager was annoying with his 5 apologies. He offered them to me free of charge, but I had almost finished eating, so I suggested he give them to someone else. He replied that they’d just get thrown away.

The food was as good as any Applebees but the wait time for food was outrageous. We waited about 40 min for our food. We had to get boxes immediately to make it to our movie. I wouldn’t go here unless you have plenty of time on your hands. And my Santa Fe shrimp bowl was almost all rice and very little of the other ingredients listed.

Restaurant was clean . Server was friendly and attentive but for some reason not sure if it was server or cook staff everything was in slow motion. And restaurant was not busy. Some food was hot warm and cold. It had good flavor. I did take advantage of half off appetizers from 9- close. And that was very tasty. Over all there’s room for improvement. Will return in hopes of a better review.

First time at this location. We started with coffee and a Pepsi. The coffee was terrible. Even after 4 sugar packets it was still sour and bitter. Reminded me of bad Army coffee. I believe this is the first time I ever reported bad coffee in). The manager refunded the coffee. We also ordered the classic bacon cheese burger with fries which was excellent. Plus we ordered the chicken won ton tacos and the boneless wings extra hot buffalo. The tacos were excellent with juicy chicken and a light Asian flavor. The boneless wings were dry and not spicy or extra hot. In the end it was an ok meal. Since the prices were reasonable, we may try again in the future

Our waiter Zay was on the ball. We had to wait for our 3rd party to arrive and Zay made sure we had our drinks right away while we waited. He made sure we had everything we needed and he did it with a smile and was very pleasant. He was a breath of fresh air with his positive attitude. Our food was served hot, and everything we got was so good.

Burger buns were overly greasy. Salmon was amazing. Everything came out quick and hot. Service was fantastic. We were there about 1030-11 pm (they were open til 1am). Nice to have a sit down open late.

I have been debating on this review because the waitress was so nice. She was almost too nice and it was directed towards me. I never thought it was because she liked me. It’s almost like she was gaslighting me and what do you know my food was so poorly prepared and I became so sick after eating that I honestly think to myself did they try to poison you. I have gotten food to go and it wasn’t so bad wasn’t great. I prefer the other location, but I have not been back since I wanna go in and all that, but I must stick to the facts that’s what happened that’s why I left the review. I did that’s all.

This particular location provides the most excellent food and service. The wait staff is unmatched, the bartenders are extremely personable and fun, and the cooks make sure the food is hot and fresh! This place is great for a friend’s night out or a family night to unwind.

Food was good, service was really slow, sat there for a long time before server came to take our drink order. Then we waited some more before the they took our order, then 10 min later the server came back and asked how we wanted our chicken, grilled or fried. She hadn’t put our order in yet. They were not even busy. Another server got us refills after she noticed we had been empty for a while. Also the resturante was cold insde even with our coats on.

This was not a dinner; it was a punishment disguised as casual dining. Our party arrived promptly at 7:00 PM, full of mild expectations, but what followed was an absolute masterclass in poor service and culinary neglect.
The first sign of trouble was the wait time just to interact with a human being. It took a staggering one full hour simply to place our order. When our waiter finally approached, their demeanor was nothing short of openly hostile, making us feel like an imposition rather than a patron. The ensuing wait for our food was monumental—three agonizing hours.
By the time the meals were delivered around 11:00 PM, they were, predictably, stone-cold. It was utterly clear that our order had been forgotten, then rushed out without any regard for quality or temperature. To top off this miserable experience, the beverage service was an insult: only tap water was available, served exclusively in flimsy, dripping cardboard cups. This is not acceptable for any establishment, let alone one charging restaurant prices.
We finally managed to escape this time warp of misery at 12:40 AM. Over five and a half hours of my life were wasted for cold food and unparalleled discourtesy. I spent more time waiting than sleeping. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other place to eat. This location needs a complete overhaul of its kitchen and staff, starting with the very basics of customer service. Avoid at all costs.
