From the time this location was under new management, there has always been an issue with my food. Last year, the burger was overcooked, and the fries were cold. If you ever tried to eat cold or room temp fries, you know it can be a disturbing experience causing long-term French fry anxiety. Every time you order fries, you wait in anticipation, will they be cold or the perfect consumption temp. Today, I specifically asked my server (Lisa) to have fresh hot fries with my meal. Yep, you guessed it. The fries were just warm above room temp. Now the burger was good, but my fry anxiety kicked in again. Lisa asked me how the meal was, and I advised of the fry situation. To her credit, she brought hot fries. I had trouble containing my surprise when those tasty hot fries got to the table. However, I specifically asked for hot fries when I ordered. Somewhere, the request got lost. BTW, there were only 10 people there, so it was not crazy busy. Perhaps management should be on top of this…

Can anyone explain to me why a food server can’t take an order over the phone? AND get it right? We ordered two meals only got one plus an appetizer. Both lukewarm at best. Won’t order/dine in there again. This isn’t the first time we have put in an order to go and Applebees couldn’t handle it. Too many other area restaurants to order from that can get the order right the first time. Go some place else.

Chelsea is the best bartender ever. Very quick on getting our drinks. Took our order right away. Very friendly, pleasant to talk to, but very focus on her job. Over all, the greatest person ever.

Went with my 4 yr old. Staff was great but the food wasn’t.
My son got the kids meal corn dog with mozzarella sticks. Had to send the mozzarella sticks back because they weren’t cooked. When they brought out new ones he refused to eat them because of the taste of the ones we sent back.
I ordered the French onion soup… To my surprise there was literally no onions in the soup and it was all breading and cheese. I’ve never experienced such a thing.

The family and I went there for dinner last night. We came in and got set down right away. Our waiter came right up to us and got our appetizer and drink order. Our appetizers came out right away. Our appetizers were mozzarella sticks and beer bub pretzels they were good. Our main corse was macaroni and Cheese for the girls, my wife had a clubhouse grill and I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. All of our food was good and our service was excellent. The only thing that was a little shocking was our check. For 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids with tip was 117.00. Besides that everything was good.

It wasn’t very good the waitress was very rude She threw my son’s plate at him she was lucky it didn’t end up on him .. had to ask her three times to get water and she was rude about that . The dish I ordered was burnt. And I asked her for a cup of ranch and she came back with a little bit of it . Then a customer came in and she yelled at him and said she wasn’t serving him and he was mad and he Left . Wish I had a picture of the pizza

I’ve been coming to this Applebee’s for years, it’s not only nice to see so many familiar faces here that make it feel like home, but it’s also nice to get excellent service from Tim each and every visit….Everytime! He’s such a joy and makes sure to give all the specials and knows what we like! Thank you Tim for making this a place my family can call home for meals, and some football Sundays!
