Tyesha was amazing! From the beginning made us feel at home. Super nice to my father in law, included him and checked on him individually. She recommended dishes and gave us time to decide. Checked in on us at a nice pace and really added to our experience. The food was really good (get the ribs!) and the margaritas were a great choice. Overall, I’d come back and probably ask for Tyesha. I guess Applebee’s really is the neighborhood restaurant!

I had the new shrimp bowl 10/10. My son didn’t care for the kids Pizza.It seemed a little bit doughy. Other than that, food was great. But as for service , waiter wasn’t bad , but she also wasn’t good either. After she took our order, appetizer came out and not at 1 time.She came to see how we were doing. And When she brought our food out.That was the last time seeing her. Not one time she came over to see how we was doing , or did we need any refills.

service was absolutely atrocious, food was cold and soggy. It felt like it was fresh out of a radiation box. The service was really bad. Our server was highly disrespectful. I didn’t like the atmosphere and it was dirty. The server was inattentive. I will never go here again.!!!! the motz sticks were soft and my burger bun felt microwaved.. step up your game. definitely not my neighborhood applebees. smh ♂️

Went yesterday and noticed the host were sitting all brown people in one section then white in another…whe I asked for a different table the host refused (yes ik I should have just walked out ♀️ my baby was excited to be there ) then our server barely came to our table , I had to wait 7 mins for plastic silverware that another server gave me! Then on top of it I was given medium rare chicken!! The manager bald old guy, still charged me for my appetizer. All of it was trash. My server then says “if it makes you feel better I had a bad day too” like girl what . Host white woman with glasses and braid ponytail, server had a bob cut brown hair , manager old bald white guy with a gold tee.

Me and my fiance go here for dinner and it is one of our favorite date night locations. They were accommodating of my disabilities/mobility aids, the manager brought us food and checked on us himself, the servers where all very kind. Having experience in management with the food industry i continue to be very happy and impressed with how much they go above and beyond with there costumer service (and the food and drinks are delicious).

Never had such terrible service in my life, forgot broccoli on my neice order, our rice and mash was cold, it took 25 minutes to take order, never got offered water. When they finally took order, we watch a table of 6 behind us, seat after us and got food first, after getting food server never ever came back to table, we asked another server to get her again another 10 minutes before response. I’ll never eat there again, at least not the one on Paddy drive in Greece NY

We had a very good experience here with our server whose name was Joy. A family member’s steak was very overcooked after ordering it medium. The server rushed a second steak, took it off the bill, and was apologetic and gracious about everything. The whole vibe of this place is really cool. Would recommend.

My friend and I went in, she ordered our appetizer which we didn’t get until we were beyond ready to leave, our drinks didn’t arrive till over 20 minutes after we were there. We only saw our server maybe 3 times, the person who I think was the manager wasn’t very helpful I told them my friends food got delivered incorrectly which they responded with “we don’t even have that” but it was clear as to what I was talking about even if I had named the dish incorrectly and then proceeded to say “not to throw anyone under the bus..” and talked about how the server had just stopped being busy but as someone who works in the restaurant industry I understand to a certain extent but it was NOT busy by the time we got there and the server serving us was not attending any of their tables as other customers there had to ask for other people to attend to them as well. The server serving the table next to us went to ALL of her table over 7 times in the time our server had been to ours maybe twice. I don’t usually complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had dining out. We asked the server for boxes and to fix our checks which she never delivered it was delivered by a different employee.
