I tried the new Pickle Fries and the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger. The fries were very light, fried perfectly and the sauce it came with complemented it very well. The Cheeseburger was very filling and honestly is a big sandwich. I’ll be honest and say there was so many flavors in it my tongue got a little confused The tomato soup it comes with was very tasty. And the regular fries are as always good. Our server Tim was very attentive, even taking note that I had added lemon into my drink and the refill came with a lemon included. It was pretty quiet at the time, so the atmosphere was quiet and comfy which is always welcome to me. Very good location, would come again.

I’ve been going to Applebee’s at Southgate plaza since it opened. I got to say one thing there’s service in there is terrible. The wait time is terrible. We went in there sat at the bar. Why the waitresses and waiters sat around looking at us for at least 10 minutes. Never even asked us what we wanted. We’ll never be going there again. We always used to go there another time we went there. We waited 45 minutes for our dinner. You know how they served the vegetables in a plastic bag. What I want you guys to do is have better service there being a business owner in West Seneca and I give our gift card a day Christmas time I will no longer be doing that. Hope you get this problem solved so I can go back there

Had such a great experience thanks to our waitress Cristle! She was friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed. I had a terrible experience, I brought my wife out for her birthday here because it was her favorite restaurant as a kid. The server Cristle was very rude and did not bring us any plates or silverware or straws. It took her 8 minutes to bring our drinks, and then she got our entire order wrong. We tried to be nice and give her the benefit of the doubt but she then threw our bill at us and did not offer dessert. It was a terrible experience and my wife was not happy on her birthday.

My family on January 2nd went to Applebee’s on union for a nice dinner. The wait we were told was ten minutes, ok no problem. After 20 minutes of waiting my husband notice people being seated after we got there, so he went up to the hostess and asked, come to find out they erased his name from the wait list. We were then seated right away. Ordered drinks and an appetizer then our food. Appetizer and drinks came, after 40 minutes of waiting for our food, an employee came to get some dirty dishes and asked us how things were, I responded well I know it’s busy but we’ve been waiting for our meal for 40 minutes. She went and checked and came back and said it will be right out, I said ” Did they over look our order?” She then seemed to be fumbling over her words and then said “Well a lot of them are training”. I said so they overlooked it. Food came out, mine was ok, my husband’s side was cold, his burger was burnt, my daughter’s was overcooked and overseasoned, and son in law’s was over cooked. Manager came over comp 2 meals and said she didn’t understand why it was so bad cause the cook had lots of experience and was the best. Our issue was we were overlooked twice and the managers comment was not understanding why we didn’t like any of the food.

when we first walked in and we asked for a booth and it seemed like a problem.when we sat down there was food all over the ground.then in my friends water there was something black.then we order pickled fires and they were sooo greases and then we got salads and there was a hair in mine and when i told the sever she was snobby about it then she was rude to us when we said we didn’t want to pay for anything.
