She’s incredibly intuitive, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead of what we need without us even asking. Drinks are refilled before they’re empty, orders are perfect every time, and she checks in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive.

I got the 10.99 lunch special chicken sandwich. So I did not want the fries. They did not ask if I wanted a different side. They never gave me the soft drink that is supposed to come with the meal. I WAITED 20 minutes to get this! A chicken sandwich with some mayo and rotten lettuce!

I love Applebee’s but what a disaster the service is today!!!!! Our waiter service is terrible. I am literally sitting here in my booth, writing my review as we speak. No silverware, then we get the silverware with no knife while all the food is on the table, my drink is made with the wrong ingridients, my son’s pasta order is wrong and it took forever to get it remade, we are also still waiting for a soda refill. Our waiter appears like he was out all night last night because he’s just stuck in mud. he never came to check on us at all. At least the manager, Kenny came over several times to try and help right the situation. I have zero issues with the manager. But it looks like the manager took the drink that was wrong off our bill and the waiter added it back I will never come to this Applebee’s again. I’ll stick with my own in Miller Place. Every time I go in there, everything is flawless. I have my bill and I will be communicating with Applebee’s directly. I think I deserve a refund of some cap capacity because the frustration with the service killed off the enjoyment of the meal and most of it wound up going home to the dog as a result. A wasted 118.25

This is one of my favorite locations to visit. The staff is always very friendly and never makes me and my guest feel rushed. We tend to spend several hours there, and the staff is always attentive without being overbearing and making us feel uncomfortable. They all make us feel welcomed. The food is always fresh and cooked correctly, every time! The drinks are also made well and the bartenders are friendly and personable.

The manager is more attentive than the waitress. Food is pretty horrible – wings cooked, but not defrosted correctly. You can taste the cold by the bone. My other food selection was incorrect. I decided to eat it because it took over an hour. And the food was cold and not prepped correctly. Unbelievable experience. It is pretty bad when you are branded restaurant that can’t cook food the right way.

My Impossible Burger was fantastic, but they forgot the cheese that was ordered. My daughters bone in wings were great, but were supposed to be boneless. The beer tap for Miller tasted funny.

I want to make an update to my review because this pass comment is now outdated. I was contacted by Applebees and they were able to improve on their service. In the my second visit to this Applebees the outing was different. I was able to get my great help, get my food on time and was able to enjoy the my meal and have a better time here then the last. After this, I would recommend going to this Applebees now with the service and the food options they have to offer.
Past- The place was an alright place but when I went to get my food. I waited for an hour for my food. I got the grill cheese cheeseburger and chicken Parma- pasta and I got my pasta as my second dish but never got my burger. I was there since before 7:45. I decided to take it home and the food is good but a lot of mid communication and a long wait for food.

The food was good, I asked for butter for my potatoes and received a small cup of melted seasoned butter (delicious). Service was a bit hesitant but quite cordial and friendly.

Frankly, if Marcus was being overworked with more tables than he could handle, that’s on Applebee’s management.
Marcus declined to take our food order until after our drink order, brought out 1 water, then 1 soda, then finally 2 bar drinks simultaneously, though I saw him using a tray for efficiency later on. A number of times I tried asking him for something, but he was already gone. It happened so many times, I started laughing each time it happened. The sampler appetizer was left on the table the whole meal though the only thing left for most of it was just the chips, he never refilled it 2 waters so us 2 each went to the bar for a refill (though he did all 1x at the end ask if anyone needed anything). There were other little things which made it seem like he just wasn’t trying, but this post is long enough.
No hand towels in the restroom.
The roast rib dip (name?) sandwich was quite tasty. I also liked the Swiss mushroom burger and 1 companion liked the onion rings. French fries were bland and mediocre.
