I went here a few times to have lunch with my husband and dinner with the kids. I like Applebee’s menu, and I enjoy there food. I always get my food fresh and the meals are always delicious. The waiters are always polite and helpful. The restaurant is clean, bathroom is well maintained, and I enjoy the ambiance. I husbands loves the ribs, drinks, wings and salads. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich. The always enjoy their kiddie food.
There was a guy there taking pictures of families, and we took some pictures of ourselves. We love them all and purchase the pictures with the frame. Btw I must mention that there lemonades are so refreshing.
I will definitely be back again.

Although my server spilled my water all over me…she was very apologetic and the manager even offered me free deserts and free drinks to smoove it over. I was very appreciative of them taking care of me and I would definitely come back because they did. Food, dessert and drinks were on point as well.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s Cross County in Yonkers with Gabriella and Yulissa the manger. From the moment we sat down, the service was welcoming and quick. And the food was exactly what we were craving—fresh, flavorful, and filling. We stayed for a while just enjoying the vibe and catching up. Definitely a go-to spot for a casual night out with friends. This was by far the most disappointing and unsatisfying experience my family and I has had at any Applebee’s.
The service overall was poor.
The waitress, Jirbelis, was not attentive to our table at all. She was more focused on the family behind us, once they mentioned tipping her.
The host had us wait about 10 minutes for a high chair we requested upon being seated.
The “manager” demonstrated poor communication skills by not only forgetting my wife’s food, but going to retrieve it and saying ‘it wasn’t her (the waitress) fault, he forgot to tell her.’ There’s a good chance the food was just sitting out prior to us getting it.
The food was mid and too hot to enjoy fully.
I’ve been to several Applebee’s in NYC so I’m accustomed to the great service they provide and deserving of a tip, which I have no problem providing.
However, due to this experience, I will not be eating at their Yonkers/Cross County Mall location.
