I hadn’t been to Applebee’s Bar & Grill in a while, but I stopped by on Thursday, February 12, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I sat at the bar, the service was on point. The bartender was polite, attentive, and kept checking on me to make sure everything was good. That kind of customer service makes a big difference.
I decided to try their HennyColada, and it was perfect — smooth, well-balanced, and made just right. You can tell when a bartender takes pride in what they’re serving.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I left happy. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Came in for the app trio deal that they are having for a limited time. Choose 3 apps for $14.99 got the chicken quesadillas, boneless wings, and wonton tacos. Also ended up getting their chicken sandwich special which came with fries and a drink for $12.99. Everything was good the chicken sandwich was a very nice portion great place to come and eat that won’t break the bank. Quick, tasty, and budget friendly

I moved out of town to Duchess County and I drove down to Mohegan Lake just to go to the Applebee’s. The kitchen manager Will was amazing. He helped with my grandchildren’s specific dietary needs. Our server Anna was so knowledgeable and helpful also. I lived in Cortlandt manor for 25 years and loved going there.

They need to do some work on their bloody Marys and bar staff. This was nothing like a bloody marry. The bartender should have direct that she didn’t have a the correct mix. I knew instantly when it showed up it wasn’t going to taste right as it looked like diluted juice. The tap wasn’t working for a beer I asked for instead. The bartenders (yes 2) kept disappearing while it wasn’t busy. They made sure to push food on us each time e were ere there. I mentioned all of this to the manager who was kind and checked on us. I mistakenly ordered the sampler app that was frozen food at best. This place was good years ago.

Very busy to the point we were forgotten. The manager stepped in and fixed everything. We waited almost 1 hour just for food. Others who came in after were served they were done and we still didnt get our drinks until management stepped in. Ty management the drink was great thanks to you

The tilapia was seasoned greatly and the broccoli was wonderful also. The waitress was also great. The food took a while but it was worth it. This was 2:00 in the afternoon. I enjoyed my meal

After having a hard day at work, I appreciated how amazing the service was at applebees. I was greeted by the Manager, Carl. And the service from Stephanie our bartender was exceptional. She was so attentive and welcoming. Will be coming back!

NEVER AGAIN. Be very, very cautious when ordering. I could see on the menu that Applebee’s price point for meals that are far less expensive at competing restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel) is off, but I wasn’t expecting tiny portions and no bread. But the real kicker, the thing that has me feeling weird a day later, was how the waitress implied that I had a choice of sides and then upsold me on a salad, something I didn’t realize until I saw the bill. I went back to complain. The same waitress immediately appeared at the front desk. She insisted that if I tried to get the salad taken off the bill, the manager would accrue some sort of negative points on his record because “corporate.” I was literally bamboozled. In what universe should a probably precooked and plastic bagged meal for one be over $40 with tip? The tip I feel too guilty to not fork over because otherwise this manipulative woman makes $2.13 an hour? Pay very close attention or, better yet, spend your money somewhere else!!!!

Was hesitant about eating at a chain restaurant, but my server Shabrina made my experience so wonderful! Very sweet and attentive. Would go back just to experience her as a server again!!
