I called to get a carside Togo order for just some boneless wings but needed to speak directly to someone to place my order since I wanted light sauce. The woman I spoke with for the order was great, she even convinced me to get some wonton tacos by upselling them. I was happy she did because I do love the tacos. Very disappointed once I arrived though. I pulled up to the carside togo spot and waited in my car for about 10 minutes, when I noticed everyone else in the carside spots were all going inside annoyed. I thought they come to you. Finally I decided to get out of my car and go inside to see what was going on with my orders since I was sitting in my car for 10 minutes, only to see 6 other people standing in the to go area waiting for their food as well. There was no server to be found. Within 1-2 minutes the girl returned, I believe her name was Sierra R, and started asking everyone what their name was. Once she got to me I told her my full name and that I ordered boneless wings and tacos to which she proceeded on give me an attitude “I need your name”. If you listened to me when I first started talking you would have caught it. I ignored her nasty tone, gave her my name a second time and waited for her to ring me up. When I arrived home I opened up my tacos and was annoyed that I even ordered them. Only two of the tacos were filled. The other two were flat in the container with the filling all over the place. This is the worst Applebee’s I have ever been to. Not only did I have to go inside to go get my pick up order which should have been brought to my car but I had to deal with a nasty server that clearly was overwhelmed, and a kitchen staff that takes no pride in the way their food is presented. If I was a mystery shopper you guys would have failed miserably. I’ll never get an order from this location again.

I came here to eat and spend my Valentine’s Day with my husband and had a waiter named bill. Who was terrible? Might I add?
He took forever to get my beverages. Never brought my steak sauce. I couldn’t eat my steak because of it had to wait to catch somebody else to bring it to me. Never checked back on me stood there and diddily dadied and talked about his hometown and I don’t know Texas or Tennessee or something. I don’t know what the hell he was saying. Worse waiter ever worse experience ever
Then, he had the audacity to say he was a server for over 30 years. My friend, then you should know how to do your job. You have no clue how to be a waiter. You couldn’t take my order cause you had to go get your book or whatever. Get your hands. Free kept saying the whole time. Let me just get my hands free. And you still messed up the order. I almost got up and walked out of your station. I should have worse service worse. Waiter worse experience, worse holiday. I’ve ever had never coming back to Applebee’s. In Manchester again.

Coming to this Applebees is always a great experience. The food comes out hot and fresh, and the staff is very pleasant. Our waitress Jessica was very knowledgeable of the items on the menu and made sure my table was taken care of. Keep up the great work!!

My husband had taken me and our daughter out for lunch today and the server, Bill B, was outstanding to say the least!
Because of him we will definitely be going back there soon and we hope to get him again! His customer service was amazing, our daughter absolutely loved him just as much as we did, and he had the whole section DOWN PACKED! He did not skip a beat! This man deserves a raise!

We had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Sierra. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. She checked in on us at the perfect times, kept our drinks full, and made sure our food came out just the way we wanted.
What really stood out was Sierra’s kindness and the way she talked to us like we were regulars, even though it was our first time having her. She added a personal touch to the whole meal and made it feel easy and enjoyable.
Sierra truly went above and beyond — she’s the kind of server who makes you want to come back. Highly recommend asking for her!

Food was great, came out just as we requested and tasted better than expected. Clean place and great staff. Special shout out to Bill B, he was great, very personable and attentive. My cup was never empty. We will definitely be back!

I had the salmon entree , the flavor was fine but it was too salty , the broccoli was also salty , please limit your salt application, it can always be added as needed, I felt like I ate ocean water
