Ugh I typically love this Applebees, however I ordered off of DoorDash spent $40+ on the classic combo and it didn’t even come with my spinach dip and tortilla chips. It wasn’t even put in a box for those to fit. Idk what happened but the basket of fries you could literally count the fries and see the bottom of the basket. The onion rings no joke there was 4 singular onion rings. There was no salsa or sour cream for the quesadillas. I’m just so disappointed because DoorDash won’t fix it and it was a lot of money. Idk if the worst part is the no spin dip or the onion rings, just look at them.

Applebees rarely disappoints. We go primarily for the appetizers…those chicken wonton tacos are the best! Love the soft pretzel sticks and quesadillas too! I fact, you can’t go wrong with any of the 1/2 price apps after 9pm!

Came here a few weeks ago for a late night bite to eat after going to the Philly car show and my boyfriend and I were not disappointed. The food and service were excellent. The location is pretty easy to get to especially since it’s very close to the Philly area, about a 30 min drive. The restaurant as a whole is very nice too. Will definitely come back again in the future!

The Worst Service I’ve Ever Had at Applebee’s — And Why I Won’t Be Back
Let me be completely direct: the service I received at this Applebee’s location was the worst I’ve ever experienced, and it killed any chance of me coming back.
It started with something simple — spinach dip. We ordered it. The server forgot to put it in. Mistakes happen, but instead of owning it, she tried to tell my wife that she never ordered it. That alone was irritating, but we let it go and asked her to put it in again.
Then the real frustration began.
We waited over an hour and STILL never got the spinach dip. At that point, it was obvious our table wasn’t even on her radar. When the food finally did show up, it wasn’t even hot — it was cold. After waiting that long, getting cold food is just unacceptable.
And as if things weren’t already bad enough, I asked for a soda. I was almost done with my meal by the time I realized it was never coming. She forgot that too.
At that point I was done. I got up, found the manager myself, and told him exactly how disappointed and upset I was. He’s the one who finally brought me my soda — something that should’ve taken two minutes, not half a meal.
What makes this worse is that this location was convenient for me and my family. We stop in almost every Saturday or Sunday on our way home. But after this experience?
I won’t step foot in this location again. Period.
If a restaurant can’t get the basics right — taking an order, delivering appetizers, serving hot food, and remembering a simple drink — then they don’t deserve my time or my money. Applebee’s needs to take a hard look at what’s going wrong at this location, because this was beyond bad. It was disrespectful.

We had great late lunch. The place was pretty much empty at 130pm on Monday. Our server was excellent and food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We spoke to manager about bringing back trivia and karaoke .
