I’ve been to Applebees only one other time in the last 5 years and it wasn’t very good. I did a takeout order that day but today I had some time to kill while my kids and their friends were in a movie at the theater next door to this location. I say at the bar, the bartender was great and friendly. The service was quick and the manager was very nice as well. I bought chips and queso as an appetizer and a 6oz sirloin with broccoli and potatoes for dinner. The sirloin was way over done and full of grizzle (ordered medium), the broccoli had mold on it and the mashed potatoes were made from a box or frozen- couldn’t tell which. I didn’t complain but they could see that I didn’t eat much so they took the steak off the bill which again, speaks to the good service. It’s too bad the corporate wizards that run these places don’t give their teams a chance at success. Seems like a $13.99 burger deal with decent food is better than $10.99 burger that no one will eat. Buy broccoli that costs $1.00/servicing to put on the plate instead of $0.75/serving. Maybe you’ll get a repeat customer. Again- been to Applebees only twice in 5 years, won’t be back again (not just this location) unless I just want a beer and have no where else to go. Too bad- again the staff at this location is very friendly and warm.

It was ok. Not busy but not slow. each area had 2 or more tables. Not particularly friendly host. Server was really nice/personable. Food we specifically went to try was the OMg burger. YT reviews had me drooling!! bubbling, melty, stringy yellow cheesy goodness and of course golden hot fries.
Ours came out warm-ish no razzle dazzle no gooey cheese pull. Fries were visibly over salted. Staff congregated in front of our table. VOORHEES Definitely offers a better experience

Me and my husband decided to go to Applebee’s for dinner and we decided to try the new Bourbon Street chicken & andouille sausage with penne pasta and I have to say it’s one of the best pasta dishes i have ever had. I usually have to season my food, but not with this dish. The chicken was very moist,and flavorful the pasta was cooked very well and the creamy sauce was delicious. It had a little kick to it, but it was so good. The peppers and onions were cooked so well. I highly recommend this dish. Even though it’s a limited time only dish I hope they keep it on the menu. We will definitely be back and getting this dish again. Not to mention the waiter we had was amazing.

Applebee’s is not what is used to be. This location has awful food. This used to be our go to date spot. They immediately sat us in a busy section where they decided sweeping/ vacuuming is not part of their job. Being a mom of 3. We don’t get out much. Haven’t been to this location in a few months (busy parents). We usually order the same thing. I get the 6 oz steak, he gets the chicken shrimp skillet. They used to have the best boneless chicken wings. At this location, the recipe of the breaded chicken was not the usual. They straight up sucked. They were out of broccoli, not sure they serve sweet potato fries anymore and my steak was not what is advertised, not what you are normally served. Thing looked like it came from the forgotten parts of “on sale” out of Walmarts frozen section. I should have taken a picture. Upset I didn’t. I didn’t trust it, I didn’t eat it, instead I asked for a refund. Not going to order more food after I reject your food. Rule of thumb when going out…They still charged me for the sides that came with the steak that I also did not eat. We will never go back because of the awful food and the terrible service. Never getting our hard earned cash again.

So disappointed in my recent visit to Applebee’s.
My wife and I ordered cocktails to start and to our surprise there was a bug floating at the bottom of my wife’s old fashion. The server was very apologetic and ordered my wife a replacement cocktail. We strongly considered requesting the check to pay for my drink only as it took roughly 40 minutes for our appetizers to arrive and not to mention my wife’s replacement drink did not arrive until after we were finished eating. To top it all off we ordered a blondie to go and when arriving home noticed several pieces of hair laying on top of the melted ice cream.
I dont think we will be returning after this experience…

This place was pretty good for an Applebees. Just have realistic expectations. Don’t order any of the cocktails on the menu. They will all give you tummy aches if you’re over 25. We ordered vanilla vodka with Diet Coke and it was perfect. The bartender was very nice and hospitable. The food was decent too. I expected the shrimp in my shrimp bowl to be dry but they were surprisingly juicy. Not a bad place to hang before or after a movie.

Our server took a while getting to us once seated. Drinks took a while to get to us when ordered. Part of the drinks ordered were forgotten. The food was mid, and the desert was stale. Not my best experience this day. The manager did apologize for the service, and gave us a free appetizer. She was kind.

Beck, was super nice and very helpful. He gave me and my mother great recommendations for the main food and desserts when we couldn’t figure out what to eat. He checked up on us constantly to make sure our drinks were constantly refilled, and that we had everything we needed. He was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever met and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Update: idk why I keep coming back. Its my own fault. But 3 times in row its been problem with my order. Forgotten items & orders made wrong. And this time I waited over 30 mins. All the while they keep saying “will be ready in 5 mins” when I asked its been over 20 mins the hostess got snippy snotty attitude & said she can’t help kitchen backed up, 5 more minutes. But she can help her attitude & tell me the truth that I will wait over half hour past time promised for my order. Shame on this Applebee’s! Avoid at all cost! Will drive extra 5 minutes to get way better service.

Beck was phenomenal!! We drove 2 hours for an event and decided to eat nearby. He gave amazing recommendations from apps to desserts. He was pleasant, attentive, and informative. We will definitely make sure to come back again to see him and enjoy the food.
