NEVER GET A MOBILE ORDER HERE! wish i could give them 0 stars.. I purchased an order from THEIR app at their location prior to picking it up. my payment went through and the app said the food would be ready at 4:03. i drove down 30 min and arrived at 4:10, stayed in my car waiting just incase they weren’t ready and stayed till 4:25ish. after that i went inside to ask about an update and was left standing there for 10 min while all the employees were just walking infront of me and watching. after that, i finally spoke up to a nearby waiter telling them my situation and they came back with the host (she was not in the register/host area at the time i was there) and i explained my situation again. she looked my order up and claimed that they did not have it in their system and that maybe i was at the wrong address. i showed her the address on my receipt and my bank statement showing that i was still charged. the manager came out eventually and also said the same thing she said and that i should wait 3-4 days to get my money returned into my account. i called my bank, she brought her supervisor and told me that the payment had been charged and was not “pending” like the manager had said. i called applebees headquarters with my concern aswell to make sure i either got my food or money back and they also said they didn’t recieve my money and that it may have been the banks fault and it should return into 3-4 days since it was “pending”. i check again today, 3 days later, to see that the payment went through to apple bees and they have my money. long story short, i did not recieve my food, money, and dealt with so much BS at this location aswell. they claim that they don’t know how the “app works” yet their app uses mobile pick ups and delivery to that address. never going again and i would seriously suggest no one to go there ESPECIALLY if you’re picking up a mobile order

I received my credit card alert this morning and the charge was incorrect.
We felt bad that we didn’t have a decent tip in cash, (only had $8). So I added $10 to my total.
The server took $30 instead of $10. There is NO way I would have given her, (Star, I think her name was) a $30 tip. The total bill was only $78.
Truly disappointed because this ruined the experience and my trust in any servers from now on. Making sure to call them this morning and bring cash with me from now on, anywhere I go, from now on. SMH

Went in for Happy Hour at the Sicklerville NJ location and was not greeted at the door and ended up seating myself. Took 10 minutes to get the wait staff to acknowledge me. I placed an order for wings with sauce on the side, artichoke dip and glass of ice tea with extra lemon and Splenda on the side. The waitress took 15 minutes to just bring me my drink and the place was not busy at all. When the wings came out, they had the sauce on them. I mentioned to the man who brought them out. He went back and told my waitress, and she came out and said, ” Do you want to place another order with the sauce on the side because you only said the Splenda on the side!” My reply was no, this is fine, but I did say sauce on the side, and she rolled her eyes and walked away. She has not come back and asked if I need anything or if everything is alright. She just sent another waitress out to give me my bill. The waitress’ name was Melissa. When she gave me the check and I paid her, she never said one word .

Decided to try the meal deal… it was not good enough to make me go back anytime soon.
Ate half the grilled cheese style burger…
the bread was a bit well done to our liking~ greasy burger. Fries are not good on a to go order.
The other order was some type of chicken bites and mac/cheese.
Didn’t hear any complaints. The 1/2 container of tomato soup went right in the trash.
Green beans were fair.
It was a so-so meal and I won’t stop there again anytime soon.
No napkins. utensils…

I have never been disappointed with this Applebees establishment. My boyfriend and I have been craving and hoping to stop by one of these days. Ava was a delight to have as a waitress, and was very attentive. Overall she had wonderful service 10/10. We shared a ton of laughs and she honestly made my night even better. Thank you!

Tonight I took my family to dinner at the Berlin-Cross Keys Applebees and it was a terrible experience. We frequent Applebees and haven’t had an experience this bad. We were seated and 10 minutes later it took for my wife to go get us a server. Server Vicky came over and was pleasant and took our order. Vicky stated that the server that was assigned to the section must’ve left and our table wasn’t reassigned. We ordered and when our food came the fries were cold. My wife’s chicken sandwich was cold and the added cheese was completely melted and cooled hard. My burger was missing all of its condiments except for the cheese and bacon. The bacon was raw at the ends and when my wife brought it to the attention of the server she went to talk to the manager Matt O’Brien the message she brought back was that if we wanted some bacon we needed to ask for well-done bacon! When the manager Matt O’Brien actually came to the table he said the bacon was undercooked but that it wouldn’t make anyone sick because that’s how he likes his bacon. We tried to eat in tonight, waited 5 minutes before someone greeted us. Waitress was very friendly, but our food never came out after an hour so we left some cash on the table and left. As we left we saw most other tables also were waiting for their food still. Will not be coming back.

I ordered a drink – vodka & cranberry with a splash of pineapple. It’s not tasting too good but I don’t complain. Until I get the check- I was charged $8.75 for Tito’s
(which gives me a headache) & 50 cents each for cranberry & pineapple! WHAT???
Why give me top shelf alcohol if I don’t ask for it AND charge me for the cranberry & pineapple! TERRIBLE! I left the drink at the end of the table for ANYONE to notice but of course no one did. Makes me sad that I next time (if there is a next time) I have to be specific about my beverage & whether or not I’m going to be charged for the mixes. Shame on you bartender lady & Ivan the waiter. I use to be a server & bartender so I know you both know better!

So I don’t know why I even agreed to going into an Applebee’s (it was late and the only thing open nearby) and my friends and I ordered a round of drinks and some double fried wings. The drinks were mediocre at best. The wings were disgusting, they were fatty and tasted of old fryer grease. All 3 of us ordered chicken sandwiches (I got pasta with mine) and all 3 of us barely ate a couple bites. The chicken was fatty and gristly and the pasta was like mush! Definitely not a place I’ll be revisiting. On a good note the staff and manager were very friendly and gave good customer service
