Was my very first time here and l have to say that l was surprised by the quality and good taste of the food, our waitresses was nice and even if very busy she passed now and then checking on us. Tonight was Halloween night so it was packed but even like that we didn’t had to wait too long to be seated.

I went to Applebee’s for an early dinner and a drink. I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Kay-Jay the bartender. I got the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo and it was amazing. The cook did a phenomenal job. The shrimp was cooked just right and the pasta was creamy and soft . My drinks were delicious I wasn’t sure what to get at first but Kay-Jay offered various options and was very accommodating. He provided excellent service and checked on me and the other bar patrons often even though he was taking care of both the bar and the tables next to it. I will definitely be back and I’m looking forward to the warm service, delicious drinks and great food. ✨️

The food overall was good. Edgar was an our server and he was really attentive. He was very helpful with questions about the menu and knew a lot about the bar drinks. Saw him helping out a couple of his peers. The atmosphere of the restaurant needs some work. The server that was suppose to take us was arguing with Edgar because he did not want us. Right by our table for everyone to hear. Everything else happened by the host stand but from what I saw the girl manager only spoke to the host not to the server that was raising their voice. And that is not okay. Over all the experience with Edgar was great. Would recommend him as a server he was more than happy to speak to us in English and Spanish. But manager just have to get better at dealing with what the staff does in front of other guest. It a family restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at Applebee’s! The ambiance was delightful, and the food exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive and friendly, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. My only concern was the absence of vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. It would be fantastic if they could update their offerings to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences. Despite this, Applebee’s remains a fantastic spot to enjoy quality time and delicious meals.

Today I went to Applebee’s in Totowa and from the service to the food was amazing. Our waitress name was Pattie. She was personable, attentive, and very polite. She came over a couple of times to make sure we were good. Great job Pattie. You made my first sit-down at Applebee’s experience since Covid extremely enjoyable.

I ordered take out the other day. The young lady that took my order, Nelly, was so personable. She was quick, efficient, and very friendly all that the same time. When I went to pick up my food she brought it out to me right away, handed me my food with a smile, and told me to get home safe. I order take out a lot from a lot of places and this was by far the friendliest experience I ever had. Thank you Nelly!!!!
