Well done shouldn’t mean dry and hard. The best service was provided by the host(s) in the front. Other than that, the young lady with the bangs needs to be re-trained or reevaluated. Plastic utensils for a steak? Forgot almost everything we asked for, failed to tell us that the Mac and cheese was unavailable as a side and proceeded to bring us an $18 entree at the END of our meal. It’s not about money, we paid for it with no issues it’s about common sense, which clearly, isn’t very common at this location.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a religious leader. He was happy. I brought my own drink since they have strict guidelines. He understood my guidelines and I proceeded to eat with my family. Highly recommend recommended.

I came here for lunch on a Friday and it wasn’t very crowded. I ordered food and a drink together, but my drink didn’t arrive until after I had already finished my meal. The server also never checked in or asked if I needed water. The food was fine, but the service could definitely be better.

I had a minor issue with my order and i had The pleasure of meeting the manager ms.T , first she was extremely welcoming and polite and she resolved the issue going above and beyond.

After ordering To-Go I was given a pickup time of 8:22. I go inside, one waiter asked for my name, and I was never talked to or waited on again. By 8:46 over 6 people are crowding the To-Go table, waiters and servers are walking right past, and not one had greeted or talked to anyone. Finally I was able to stop one and asked to speak with a manager, after the manager came out I asked for a refund and instead of obliging, he snapped back the food is still being made, walked back to the kitchen and not even 5 minutes later he comes out with my food. So either my food was ready, and sitting there, or they had somehow finished two steaks in 5 minutes. Yes he did eventually grant my refund, but it was clear nobody cared about to-go orders, or customers who aren’t directly sitting at a table. Definitely needs better staff of management.

This visit was a complete disappointment. It took nearly 10 minutes before a waiter came, and the starters were served at the same time as the main dishes. Both steaks were overcooked and completely dry, and the mushrooms on top were burnt to the point of being inedible they ruined the flavor of the entire plate. The BBQ ribs were drowned in sauce, the drinks weren’t what we ordered, and my 6-year old couldn’t even eat his meal. To make things worse, there was no manager on site to show the poor quality of the food we received. For a family dinner, this was an awful experience. We expected much better from Applebee’s.
