Applebees was pretty good. Our waiter was very attentive, constantly asking if we needed anything. My bacon cheeseburger was great! The fries are shoestring and were super hot out of the fryer! They also had the skin on them, could a been fresh cut! The spinach artichoke dip was good but the chips were kinda stale. The atmosphere is awesome, staff is great. Plenty of TVs to watch sports! I’ll be back!

Came here just for dessert. We ordered two lava cakes, and in the picture attached, is how the server brought them to us. The girl that served us was nice and polite, but certainly not attentive. We waited approximately 10 min before someone even came over to the table, and this was at 930, so its not like it was dinner rush. It was nice to have the option to pay online with the QR code on the table, definitely eliminated extra minutes waiting on someone to come back to the table. We like applebees, but definitely was not a pleasant experience, this time.

I experience good customer service when I visit the establishment; the employees are kind and work together well especially as the employee for my table seems to already be busy (and getting busier). Even so, I order the Impossible Burger meal which is decent though on the dry side. I feel like more salad ingredients on a burger can help make a burger juicier. I don’t really eat food from out of a frying situation though the fries are tasty. I feel like having a salad option as an alternative to fries is always good. The establishment accepts different forms of payment. The environment feels noticeably airy which I kind of like.

I decided to get lunch from this location. My order was placed via online. When I arrived I parked the lot. I walked in and was greeted. My food was ready and I left. I ordered the shrimp bowl and it was good. It was very filling! All in all I had a good experience!

Walked in and sat at bar area, Bernard was our server & he was excellent! I mixed flavors for my wings… honey pepper and buffalo ! So good !!! Also had a chocolate dessert! Everything was really good .

We were visiting the area and decided we would stop in for a late lunch. The hostess’ were great and friendly. We were seated in the bar area which is fine, but the server was rude. It took him a while to come by and assist us. His attitude was horrible, it seemed like anything was asked for was just an inconvenience. We asked a question about the all you can eat boneless wings and he rolled his eyes and sighed at us. Our drinks went empty and we had to ask for refills. He would check on the tables around us if they needed anything, he never checked on us until we were clearly done eating and wanting the check. We will be frequently visiting the area but not eating at this establishment ever again.

The is is my favorite location. My husband and I typically dine in when we come. We were lucky enough to get a great waiter by the name of Gerry! Wow! He was great. Really took his time with our order, though it was very very busy….. he checked in on us frequently and even gave suggestions on some of the new summer items listed in the menus. Though this particular day he had a lot of tables, he made us feel as if he we were the only ones. He didn’t miss a beat and greeted us with a smile each time. From now on, very time we return, we’re going to request him! His customer service was spectacular! Definitely a cherry on top as to why this is our favorite location!

Had an amazing lunch experience at Applebees with a few of my girlfriends. Our waitress Sarai was very attentive, friendly and very interpersonal. The place was very clean and we received our food very fast. I highly recommend the pretzels and beer cheese. We will be back!
