Disclaimer: Today I am here for Applebee’s complimentary Veterans Meal and I will be commenting on this limited menu and my meal.

As seen in the attached photo, the Veterans menu offers a good variety but there are no substitutions. My “go to” meal has always been their flavorful 6 oz. Top Surloin, fries, and broccoli, but today, I went with the bacon burger and fries (sans cheese, veggies, etc., as I am a plain burger guy).

Veterans Day this year is on a Tuesday, it’s 1:30, and the place is full. I have overheard many Veterans, so I am not sure what their usual Tuesday lunch volume is like.

The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Tracy A is a super friendly, personable server!

Post notes: when given a discount, I always tip on the full meal cost. The server shouldn’t lose income for my discount. Also, when given a free meal, I normally order a dessert to at least give the restaurant a little revenue.

Went to lunch with my boo today around noon. He wasn’t feeling well so I got his food to-go & I wish I would’ve checked his food before paying. This is the “4 cheese Mac & cheese w tenders” I guess it’s supposed to be a cheese sauce but there wasn’t much of it. They should change the name to “pasta w cheese sauce”, All he got was pasta & 3 skimpy tenders. I ordered the chicken parm with fettuccine, once again very skimpy on the sauce. Our waitress however was amazing, I forget her name but we sat at the bar & she also had other tables surrounding the bar. Thank you for your attentiveness & awesome customer service!

Our table had a very pleasant dining experience at Apple Bee’s tonight, Thursday. Not only was the food superb but our food server, Ashley was very attentive and knowledgeable. She also did not rush us when we were selecting our food choices.

While eating our ribs, my sister found a sharp piece of metal embedded in the food (see photo). This was discovered mid-bite, which is extremely dangerous ,someone could have been seriously injured.

We immediately told the server and were given a new plate, but no manager came over, no apology was made, and no discount or comp was offered. It was treated like a minor inconvenience instead of the serious safety issue that it is.

Finding metal in food is unacceptable and points to a serious lapse in kitchen safety!!!possibly from grill-cleaning equipment. The lack of concern or accountability from the staff made this even worse.

This could have ended with someone in the emergency room. We will not be returning.

I rarely write reviews anymore, so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this says a lot. If you order from here, just be aware that your food may not come as requested. If you have allergies and specifically ask for something to be removed from your meal, don’t count on it being honored.

If you’re looking for good food, this is not the place. I’ve attached photos of the frozen mozzarella sticks, a burger that was supposed to be well done but wasn’t cooked properly, and chicken pasta that tasted like sink water.

I was truly disappointed in both the quality and presentation of the food. To make matters worse, this was my first and now officially my last time eating at Applebee’s. Honestly, this was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I came here a few weeks ago with my friend. It was my first time ever going to an Applebees. It was a Saturday night so the restaurant was packed. However we waited no more than 10 minutes for a table. Our server was nice, no complaints about her. But, our utensils were dirty. It was so disgusting. Thankfully our server didn’t give us a hard time and went and got clean ones for us. We got waters for our drinks and it tasted so bad. It tasted like sink water. I’ve been to other restaurants and their water didn’t taste like that. Our food took awhile to come out since it was busy. My friend got chicken, shrimp and mushrooms and I just got a steak. My steak was alright but my friend wasn’t the biggest fan of her food. It was bland. Chain restaurants are often a hit or miss. I feel like this place is a miss. The fact that the utensils were dirty was just a huge turn off. At a restaurant you should expect the utensils to be clean. I definitely wouldn’t come here again.

I gotta say i was rather impressed with the experience. February 14th 2026 and it was a busy day, went with my parents for a bite to eat and we were told a 30 minute wait, but what started this great experience was it was only not even a 15 minute then they was ready for us and I’d like to personally thank the Manager Adam who made the service today very great and was very welcoming and very kind to us and built a connection with us and made us feel very comfortable and even welcomed and sometimes it’s not easy to find places like that and I am very grateful for the service by Adam and our waitress today the food was great and you guys know how to make a busy day at a restaurant worth it and my family and I really do appreciate it, huge thank you and shoutout to Adam for being so humble and generous to us! Will definitely be back again

This is at-least my second bad experience with this location. The first experience I had was on July fourth of 2025 when they were advertising kids eat free. My son’s mozzarella sticks were brought out completely uncooked/frozen. They took it back and still tried to charge me for his meal on a kids free day. The service itself was so bad that my 7 year old was bothered and he’s never like that. Today I ordered from DoorDash and it took 45 minutes for my driver to be given the order. He was waiting for over half an hour in the cold. I called after 45 minutes and they said “we got a sudden influx of orders”. If I was sitting in the restaurant they would have tried to accommodate in some way but instead, they thought them getting busy made it okay that it took 1 hour to get some mozzarella sticks and quesadillas. If we ordered steaks I’d get it but come on. The food is honestly expensive enough so at-least be respectful of time. If you can’t handle the quantity of orders, decline them.

Iris was great as always. She was very attentive, but not too attentive to the point of being a bother. When I needed something she was there to take care of my needs. The check was presented after she asked us if there was anything else that we needed, but not too soon. Very important to me is that when I was ready to pay the check she took it promptly.
