LET ME TELL YOU, IMPRESSED? Nothing short of it! We called at 12:45 AM to place an order, mind you they close at 1:00AM so we were holding our breath and understood if they could not do us a favour. Olivia (I think was her name), got right on it and said yes, let’s do it, what do you want?? We got the fiesta lime chicken with mashed potatoes and one of their burgers that was a KILLER. Fries were so good. The chicken was so filling, we could barely eat the whole thing, full of flavour. Mashed potatoes, no comments, definitely recommend to anyone who loves potatoes. I love that they keep the potato skin so it gives an extra texture and flavour. Honestly, never a dull moment here!! Thank you Olivia and team!! You guys rock. Also, if the photos look meh to you, trust me when I say the taste was what mattered. It was late at night for nice pictures haha.

My husband and I along with my brother in law and my sister in law and my mother in law went there last night for the first time.. It was a bit crowded but I it wasn’t to bad. We had the best waiter Brady P. He was on top of things making sure we had everything we needed.. Very good personality never had a waiter or waitress like Brady.. He definitely deserved a raise.

This is a chain restaurant. The food was okay, but could have been hotter when served. It was very busy. Our server was very pleasant, so we cut a little slack. A continuing disappointment, one that keeps us from going more often, is the company’s primary choice of soft drinks. Since they don’t carry ours, we go to other places which do.

I met a friend here and it was excellent. I think our waitress was named Amanda. She was amazing! She was friendly and gave great service! The food was good too. We both had the crispy chicken sandwich and the mini brownie bites.

Tonight’s supper was delicious! Enjoyed the sirloin with parmesan shrimp (added grilled onions and mushrooms) with mashed potatoes and green beans. Artichoke dip was a good starter for our table. Lots of kids choices! Very helpful for the picky eater. Hope you have a great meal too. The waitress had a wonderful personality which made the meal that much better too. Enjoy.

Arrived after 11 pm. All vacant tables were cleared and clean. Empty seats at bar had nothing on the bar and it was wiped clean. I mention this because many times I’ve walked in late to a restaurant/bar only to find dirty tables. We sat down and Alex the bartender quickly acknowledged us. He gave us a menu where the apps on special were marked. Food Arrived promptly. Alex continued to be attentive and friendly. Upon leaving the manager held the door and also engaged in conversation. Great example of how a neighborhood Applebee’s should be.

Sorry but honestly the staff tonight (7/23/23)was horrible and I’m kind of disgusted. I walked in to get a to-go order and there were 3 women working , 1 behind the bar and 2 waitresses. Everyonr looked at me when I walked in so I know they saw me. One of the waitresses is rolling utensils, she goes to the back, comes back, looks at me and sits back down. She then proceeds to go behind the bar and talked to the bartender and then goes back to sit down. The 3rd waitress walks from the back, looks at me, and then proceeds to go wipe tables. So I’m just standing there for 6 minutes, being acknowledged but not attended to. Then a door dasher walks in and the 3 women look towards the door again and one of them immediately comes over and asks what we need. It is absolutely disgusting that I was completely ignored for 6 minutes, then only once a Caucasian male walks in, that I got seen. I’ve had good experiences every other time I’ve come, but this time it definitely was beyond a poor experience.

The minute we walked in we loved the look. I was obsessed with the lights in the dining areas. I loved how they were all different colors. We were taken care of the minute we walked in. They didn’t have a table but went right to cleaning one off for us. The waitress was so friendly and the food came out fast and tasted amazing! My husband got a steak that how so much flavor and was cooked to perfection. Didn’t even need steak sauce. We will definitely be stopping by again when we are in Bangor. Thank you for an excellent job and experience.
