This is the reason I started writing reviews. This is by far the worst Applebee’s I have ever been at. Staff was all lazy and incompetent, taking several minutes in waiting area (with no one there) just to get seated. For some godforsaken reason, every TV was playing infomercials on repeat, no doubt the only reason this place is still in business. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the wait time was near an hour, only to get decent food and to be stared down by hushed, racist patrons and servers alike. No explanation was given for anything. There is no reason to go here, so don’t bother.

Only giving a 1star because the service was amazing from our host. Sorry I forgot her name. But the food was horrible. 3rd time bad your OUT for good. I got an Asian salad and the dressing was sour and the breadstick was my daughter’s burger was a little pink even when asked for well done, Fries cold my brother had a 3 cheese and tenders but pasta looked like only butter he didn’t finish it. That was my dine in. My delivery about a month ago we got the family burgers and fries and every burger was raw raw raw raw yuck I had to cook them longer we all got sick but no we never complained do to time before that same thing happened and they tried to say we didn’t order from there. So we are done with this Applebee’s for ever. I highly hope they get the kitchen staff better and learn to cook meals properly. I think I am done now.

I got a to go order, everything was good for the most part, however I ordered a rare steak, and it was over well done. Very disappointing, since it was a to go order..by the time I noticed I was home and sad. Everything else was good, service was fast.

Waitress was good but the manager sat at the bar for 45 minutes while the wait staff ran around and worked. Water tasted like chlorine and salad was poor. Management kept walking over food on the floor. Pick it up don’t pass it up

Visiting from where we used to have an Applebee’s close by, but it closed . After a day of shopping hubby and I decided to eat here and split the appetizer platter. It was delicious, a little bit of everything, quesadillas and salsa/pico were really good! We waited about 10 minutes for a table but the food was good and came promptly and our waitress was great! A lot of the restaurants down there were short staffed so I hope folks are patient with them.

I brought my family of six and was hosted by Kayla, a very bubbly and high-energy waitress. In fact, our family agrees that she was one of the highlights of our experience. The food was great, though my chicken was a little overcooked and they didnt have anymore steak to serve (my first choice). But all in all one of our best experiences out. Will definitely return and request Kayla specifically!

Awful got there got seated right away. Took another 30 to 35 minutes to see the waiter. Ordered waters with lemon and cherries and diet Pepsi. Had to go to the bar ro to get lemons and cherries, asked waiter two more times for soda. Food was cold and not that good. This was Applebee’s on Brighton Ave Portland maine. We went because my granddaughter like it there. My wife and I will not be back.
