First of all, big BIG shout out & thank you to Jodi (and to the behind the scenes kitchen staff) for taking such great care of us on a late Friday night.
I don’t think I’ve been to an Applebee’s in more than a decade. To be honest, I make an effort to avoid chain restaurants, especially while out of town— & try to give business to independent or family owned restaurants… but in this trip we were getting into town close to midnight and there were not many options for food let alone options for restaurants that had the kitchen open & still serving.
Family of 4 – entering right before midnight…. I don’t even know how she greeted us with a smile, lol.
But Jodi was on top of it! — and she didn’t make us feel like the last minute customers we were — We were tired and hungry from traveling … she took our drink orders and put in for the appetizers immediately. That was much appreciated as we didn’t have to wait long at all on the appetizers. — everything came out hot & freshly prepared… the presentation was even impressive. The chicken wonton tacos and the chicken tortilla soup were delicious. — the 4-cheese mac & cheese with the honey and pepper chicken was also something I would recommend.
Every one of us was happy with their food and drinks and deserts…. And of course the service!
The food & service we received was a refreshing reminder that Applebee’s can deliver! The restaurant was clean, the food fresh and hot & prepared with care — the location was convenient, prices were reasonable, the hours of operation were a godsend — and the service had the best hometown feel!

It’s been awhile since we ate here (we like to support local restaurants) but wow! Service was super friendly, we got seated right away, and the serving sizes were generous. Plus they had this new chicken parm pasta dish on the 2 for $25 menu so that was a nice surprise.

Such an amazing place!
We only get once a month out and Zach makes sure to make it memorable. Such amazing food from the kitchen and managers were on the floor almost the whole 2 and half hour visit!
We were on our way out and our bartender(Zach) ran out to make sure we got our food that we stupidly forgotten at the bar. Staff and management is 100/10. Always makes our one Saturday a month memorable!

We had travelled from Plattsburgh and stopped here to get some hot food.
Applebee’s was busy but we managed to get seated quickly. We ordered a starter to share and a bacon cheddar crispy chicken sandwich each.
The starter of honey bbq boneless wings took a while to come out, but when it did was hot, crispy and super tasty, our sandwiches came out shortly afterwards.
The sandwich was HUGE!! It was well cooked and really really tasty with a little kick to the sauce. The chicken was crispy, thick and delicious.
My drink was blue raspberry lemonade and was replaced when empty by the attentive server.
Overall a really good experience , the place was quite busy, but still had a really good atmosphere about it, I would definitely eat here again.

Applebee’s seems to always have something on the menu I like. The seating next to windows is very cold right now with the extreme temperatures.
I had the Oriental Chicken Salad which was very good. They just remodeled recently so the decor is freah. Not my taste but I’m sure most people are like myself if you get great food the decor doesn’t really matter.

This was not a great experience! Hostess was great but that’s about where our good experience ends. Right away we ordered anappetizer and drinks. When they came out we put in our food order. After waiting nearly 45- Hour she came out to tell us the one of the dishes we requested was not available. ( We had seen her once the entire time we sat there) When I asked why they are just informing her when we had been waiting so long already she replied with ” I forgot to put in your food order. I was busy doing 900 other things outback” What?!
Mind you she was training someone…. So both waitress forgot??
My daughter decided to get the Tenders and Mac since that’s the only other thing on their menu she likes. But Once our food came out the tenders were tiny! They looked liked they belonged in a kid’s meal. At this point my daughter wasn’t going to say anything because she knew I was already very frustrated to later find out later her food tasted funny.
Once it was time for the check we got one of the little pay screens, she asked if I needed a copy and I said yes. She never returned with a copy of my check. I don’t think I can accurately express the frustration we had. By the time we left we had been there over 2 hours. Never approached by a manager. Had to ask for refills it was just all a bad experience.

me and my girlfriend found this place by mere coincidence and now we have no expectation of eating such delicious food as here, we left with an emptiness in our hearts and a sadness of living in Massachusetts 5 hours from here and not being able to come regularly to taste these delicious dishes again. Was the best food i ate in USA in 3 years living here. God bless america.

We were excited about the upgraded Applebee’s.
I was super disappointed with my food and will not be back.
I am probably not the best person to go to restaurants like Applebee’s anyway.
I like super fresh food and tend to eat really well
I ordered the i’m in soup and it was severely disappointing coming out in the wrong kind of biwl which apparently they were out of. They do not use croutons, and it wasn’t baked really well under a broiler, so it looked anemic. It’s hard to get beyond and experience like that.Yet they were absolutely gracious in listening to me and taking it off my check. There is a kind group of people that are working there and a variety of ages of people sitting around us who all seemed plenty happy.
It is great for our community and wonderful resource.

Onion Soup- No Go!
Small weird shaped shallow bowl…tough for onion Soup bestvserved in cricket style cup. Literally put upside hamburger bun versus couton… Seems like it was microwaved versus put under something that would heat up and melt the cheese nicely. The brands better latest fell apart into mush.
