Not Happy at all was told 25 minutes for my food it took over 45 minutes. No apologies. Just threw in a desert that was not fully cooked still doughy I ordered the Oh My Cheese burger and it came with NO Cheese. Not at all what was advertised. Very disappointed

We ordered take out online. Our order had a pickup time of 630 so we ran.an errand and then head there. Our food was not ready until 6:56 the manager didn’t care. They think it’s completely fine to make customers waste time and think they can half heartedly or jokingly apologize and it fixes things no it doesn’t. The restaurant wasn’t busy my online order said it was ready after a reasonable amount of time and we had to wait 30 minutes inside for our order after being ignored and avoided for 30 minutes. That is just horrible work. Wasting people’s time without remorse for mediocre food is crazy so I guess I will spend my money where service staff appreciate my time and value their customers that is not applebees seekonk.

Usually we have a good experience here, but lately it hasn’t been the best. Tonight we ordered curbside and we ordered the appetizer combo with two drinks. We picked it up no problem, but when we drove home, we realized they didn’t give us the entire combo. They gave us only the chicken and mozzarella sticks (first photo).
I called back and ended up driving back to get the rest of my order. I called in advanced and told them, and yet I still had to wait 20 minutes for the other half of the combo appetizer. I made sure I had everything and went home since we were initially missing the chicken quesadillas and the spinach dip.
When I got home, there was NO CHICKEN in the chicken quesadillas. It was legit a scoop of pico and the smallest amount of cheese (second photo). I’m not sure what it was, but we were really disappointed tonight. I usually love this location but lately, they have been downhill in service and quality and people deserve to know.
The team was great though! All the ladies in there are fantastic! Thank you guys!

Busy as it was Valentine’s Day. Ordered to go at the bar and received food faster than I could cook it. Staff was friendly even though it was really busy. Margarita ,the bartender was especially patient with me even though she was really busy.

We came here for a birthday dinner, three person table, and were sat down by the window. We were greeted by Ruth, who was an absolute doll. Very communicative, very friendly, very polite. One of the best servers yet. Food came within reasonable time, all hot and cooked perfectly to everyone’s liking. Ruth made sure all our tweaks to the plates were heard. Ruth deserves recognition.
The other servers, the two girls who seat people, were not pleasant. Didn’t look like they enjoyed their job. Don’t know their names.
In all, good experience there. Would come for another birthday dinner if Ruth served us.

I quite like coming here! It’s never too busy so there’s no wait when it comes to being seated. The manager (I assume) came and asked how we liked the food and was very attentive. The food however is soooo over priced for the portions; and it’s not that great quality of food to spend that much. Other places like chili’s and 99 while they may be more expensive depending on the dish you get much more portion wise.

I was so appalled that my waiter whatever his name was, low cut black hair and a little tall, had the audacity to abruptly approach our table while my brother literally was putting food in his mouth while he asked “you guys ready for the check”.
The distasteful manners on this guy was rude beyond belief. I kept my composure and kept quiet as I paid and left.

My sister got a grilled cheese burger and my family got app sampler plate food was good and hot. Victoria our server was very nice quick and acknowledged us when she was busy saying she would be with us shortly.
