I did not have a good experience at this establishment. My friends and I went in for dinner around 7:30pm. When we sat, we noticed there was a wait station with employee bags in the middle of the restaurant at a high top. There was also a child with an employee sitting at the table for the duration of our visit. We got an appetizer, however, we weren’t given any plates to split it. I have a severe tree nut allergy, and when mentioned to the server, I was rudely told to scan a QR Code and look at the allergens myself to see what I could and could not eat. I ordered a bowl, which included avocado. A few moments later, the server came out and asked if avocado was a tree nut, as the chef claimed it was. Avocado is a fruit. I received my bowl, and found a french fry buried inside. When we got our dessert, another french fry was found in that as well. I am very disappointed in my Applebees visit.

Went here with the family. Only 4 of us. Sat down with menus and was asked what we wanted to drink? “Going to have to give me a couple minutes thanks.” 2 minutes later waitress comes back and asks what we want to drink. We give our drink order. Unfortunately the kids and I wanted plain or coffee milk, but they only had 2% or low fat either way disgusting watered down milk, no normal whole milk. We were then asked what we wanted to eat. We barely had time to look at the drink menu let alone the 3 menus that were given to us (Two adult menus (one inside the other) and a kids menu). Definitely felt rushed. It was only 4 in the afternoon and we counted 13 other people that we could see. We asked for a few minutes and were given 5 minutes before the waitress was back. Wife and son went for the ribs which they were out of but they were offered “riblets” which they settled for, but said they were chewy and asked for more sauce to give them flavor. Took the left over riblets home were they lived in the fridge for a couple days before making their way to the trash. I ordered chicken Alfredo penne which had a few appetite losing, chewy fat pieces in the chicken which I’m used to taking out when I make it at home. The sauce was tasty though which gave the otherwise bland not fresh breadstick some sort of flavor at the end of the dish. My other son got shrimp scampi which we only got because we didn’t have time to look st the kids menus and we know he loves shrimp. Figured he’d eat just the shrimp but he said the shrimp was “kind of gross”. He ate a few but mainly ate the pasta. He then wanted the Cinnabons which we got and were really delicious and were very happy with those atleast. When our food first came out to our table the waitress left and headed back to the bar to help a customer then went in the back. We were waiting to eat for almost 5 minutes because we had no silverware at our table. There was another waitress sitting at a table across from us eating so I didn’t want to disturb her on her break. Afterwards we realized she wasn’t a waitress she was a manager and she was not on a break just hanging out. Also wasn’t a fan of our waitress wearing a handkerchief head wrap. Looked like she belonged more at a biker restaurant and not at an Applebee’s, but that’s just my opinion. She was very nice besides making us feel rushed. Not sure we’ll be back anytime soon.

When last night around 9:45pm. It wasn’t that many people but very short staff. The bartender had the bar and was a waitress outside the bar at the same time. Food was horrible. Cold, not flavor. We have to same back to the kitchen and this took another 45 minutes to come back ant 11:00 pm. And again my food was still cold. We never see the manager and at the end we paid the full price. I didn’t eat my food.

My Sister had the three cheese chicken penne and it was good but needed a little more sauce. My husband and I got the 2 for $26 meal which his was the fiesta lime chicken with waffle fries and loaded mashed potatoes which was great; I had the steak with shrimp and parmesan topping with loaded potatoes and their Mac and cheese. I also agree that my pasta needed a little more sauce but other than that food was good.

I had a slight problem with the pick 6 promotion. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bar attendant she was cool at first until I asked for the pick 6 Monday promo. The waitress said I could get the deal but only with a purchase of $10 worth of food. I asked for a manager because the flyer said $10 with any purchase. The nice manager agreed with me and showed the waitress that it’s free boneless wings with any $10 purchase.
The waitress seemed upset as she did not ask me if I wanted another drink, and me and didn’t check on me throughout my time there. I had to ask for my check and when I got it the boneless wings amount was on the check. I politely asked for the manager and she took the check and took the wings off. It was my birthday so a friend gave me a gift card so I used it and my bill was less than $5. Despite receiving poor customer service I still left a tip.

The menu has been updated since the last time i was in. The appetizers were quite delicious. Fairly good sized portions. Similar with the tacos. Wish the taco was a little less texas and little more southwest. Service was quick and friendly. Location is easily accessible. Parking is adequate.

Went for an early lunch yesterday with my mom. The service was great and we both got salmon. It was very good and the portion was perfect. We were both very happy with the service and food. We will be back.

I service was excellent Katie made sure I had everything I needed. I had the smoked salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection the broccoli was a little salty but was a nice bit. The mash potatoes were nice and buttery the could have a little b warmer.

Simply Irresist- -bee! Almost spot on food , cravings for boneless wings and desserts achieved however main entrees were not the greatest . Tried the fiesta lime chicken with Spanish rice since I’m really craving for rice but didn’t like the grilled chicken’s glaze with lime as well as the flavored rice . Our waitstaff Aryana served with a smile .She’s friendly and welcoming . Overall experience beyond reasonably Fair.
