Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Hostess seemed cold and unfriendly. The manager was seated at the table behind the hostess stand and I observed her being a bit rude to a man who came in to say he had an interview for a line cook position. I wasn’t surprised seeing as I had previously applied for a position, had a scheduled interview, then the interview was suddenly canceled without explanation. I figured my extensive experience and skillset was not good enough and their staff must be beyond spectacular. No.
After the hostess sat me, my server came to the table. She was friendly, attentive, and made up for the hostesses’ unpleasant disposition. The bartender took FOREVER to make one of the featured cocktails I ordered. My server had to keep asking for it. None of the garnish was included. I ordered the OMCheese burger. The food was good. Overall, it was okay if you’re just looking to eat and run. But, as someone with years of restaurant management and FOH experience, this place could do better.

I love coming here I’ve always loved Applebee’s I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal. Service is always great The waitresses are awesome or weider Me and my boyfriend love coming here! We just tried their menu for Mardi gras And my boyfriend got this Cajun chicken in andouille sausage in like an Alfredo with penne pasta It was so good We looked up a recipe and made it at home and it was amazing!! They’re buffalo wings are my favorite! But their menu was always changing I love coming here for a quick bite when we’re out shopping that way.

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm and genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome. Despite being busy, she maintained a friendly and attentive demeanor, efficiently managing our seating and ensuring we were comfortable. Her professionalism and cheerful attitude set a positive tone for our entire dining experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guests. I highly recommend her for her excellent service and hospitality. Will definitely be returning!

Very disappointed with the service we recently had. Given it’s a holiday we were able to be seated quickly without any reservations but we were very dissatisfied with the table service. We put in our children’s orders and appetizer with our drinks but we waited 45 minutes just for the food to be brought out and an hour for the appetizer which not only was forgotten but is something you would think is served relatively within 15-20 minutes after putting in your order. The waiter was also attending to tables on opposite sides of us who both were seated a half hour after us and they both received there apps before any food was brought to our table. Not sure if they’re was a confusion but the waiter never clarified if there was a back up or even tried to come to our table to check on things.

Usually the food isn’t up to par but it was really good last night when I went, and I had the best server – I wish I asked for her name!! She had black hair and was super funny and sweet. I gave her a 50% tip. Awesome communication and the dishes we ordered were served hot and exactly what we asked for. The mocktail she made me was perfect.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. The wait staff was awesome. The hostess was great. Hiram was fabulous. He was very accommodating, charming, and friendly. Kudos to the chef. The food was great. The individuals we brought had a great time. We will definitely will be bring them back.

New review: take out food… 2 for $26… was more like 2 for $36 after the option. But it was worth every penny. Bourbon chicken, whisky burger, and 2 side salads. Everything was great, especially for takeout.
Old review: Decided to swing into Applebees for a change of food. I got a steak and shrimp and my wife got the chicken bowl. Either we were starving or the food was really good as we cleaned our plates. The service was fast and very attentive. The food was really good and the steak was cooked perfectly (medium and bright pink). There was also 7 or 8 shrimp on my steak – also perfectly cooked.

Just stopped by to eat early dinner yesterday. It was quite busy. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. My son loved Cheese pizza (kids menu) and Cheeseburger with fries. Other than that Lemon Chicken and Zombie Twist was good.. FYI plenty of parking available.

Abby our bartender is our favorite! There is many others as well that are amazing such as Dotty, Emily and karissa and Lori. We come to Applebees because of these wonderful bartenders! The staff overall are all wonderful and live it here
