Dat in curbside parking for over 20 min after the estimated time. Had to go inside to get my order which was cold from just sitting around.
$16 meal for a 2 1/2 tenders and then a bite size tender.

Went in about 12:30pm on a Saturday for a Birthday party. The waiter had a large area to cover waiting on tables. Everything was HOT and he came back several times. Gave him a good tip and thanked him.

Nothing like a restaurant where they use one towel to wipe down the seats and the tables. Starting with the seats and then doing the tables.
Should have just left when I saw that.
My wife got the ribs and they were super tough. She compared some bits to beef jerky.
I had the chicken parm fettuccine. Cheese on top was kinda burnt and there was no sauce on top. Chicken was over cooked, breadsteak tasted freezer burnt. Pasta was really good.
Server dropped off food and asked my wife if she wanted another drink. She said yes and I also asked for more napkins.
Someone else came with her drink. Before he walked away I asked about the sauce on my dish and if I could get some. He came back with some. I put it on my chicken only to then realize the sauce was cold!
Server never came back until we were done eating.
Also their prices are more than farm to table restaurants!

We were a party of 6. Four adults and two kids. Our waitress got our drinks right away. She was very pleasant. She came back and took our order.
There was a couple that sat moments before us, they were right next to us.
Well, they ate their lunch and their table was cleared and cleaned before we had our food. Normally I am the impatient one in our group, but I kept my mouth shut. I was just happy to have my food.
5 out of six of our meals was cold. The pasta and cheese the kids ordered was cold enough that it was just turned back into a block of cheese. Our fries, burgers, and ribs were just as cold. The waitress came with our check almost right away and we told her the food was cold. She said sorry and offered to have it re-made. We told her we didn’t want to wait another hour! The manager came over and after a nother 15 minutes the waitress came over and said 2 of the kids meals were removed from our bill. At this point I told her we weren’t paying for mine and my wife’s meals because they were not fit for consumption. She then came back and only had a bill for 2 meals. All during this we were never offered a refill on drinks which remained on the bill too.
The manager never came back. She never apologized. We left hungry and ended up stopping at a pizza joint.
This place was a train wreck. No need to every come back. We would have been better off going to McDs down the street.

We stopped here for some dinner after an afternoon of leaf peeping. The food was good. We chose the outdoor seating, but they also offer indoor seating as well. During the pandemic they are using social distancing in their seating. Their sanitary facilities are sanitized every 30 minutes. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience. They are located on route 2A in Greenfield Massachusetts.

Ordered through Grubhub. They were fine. Applebee’s, on the other hand, apparently filled my order by closing their eyes and grabbing random items out of a grease vat.
I ordered the “Ultimate Trio”, boneless wings, pretzel sticks, and waffle fries. What I got was a cold, soggy quesadilla resting sadly atop three limp mozzarella sticks that looked like they’d given up on life. Bonus: a mysterious cup of something resembling fried regrets (maybe nuggets? maybe tater tots?).
Even if this was the right order, it should’ve come with a biohazard label. Honestly, Applebee’s could cut to the chase and start selling Cups of Cold Grease™ — at least then their orders would always be correct and I’d know what I was getting.

My son loves their corn dog. The other picture is the fajita chicken rollup. It was good. I’d say most of their food is good. Not great but not bad either. Cook was having trouble the night we went cooking steak to the right temp. We saw two steaks that were not cooked right. Waite staff is always good. If you go in the winter wear layers. It is always cold.

However the food (pictured) was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had. There was no real cheese in sight, only sauce. The chicken was so sad. I had the mac and cheese with honey chicken tenders.
