Incredible how Applebee’s just did an update to the entire building, maybe they should update some staff too!
I arrived at 12:30am, the beautiful host with a bright smile greets me very well and professional, I said “Bar” and started making my way to find a seat available because most of the bar top was filled with dirty plates.
As I sat down, I get the rolled eyes from the female bartender, as she does that, she does nothing to clean the bar top in front of me. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger and a Sprite.
She exclaims how “It’s been a day” I crack a couple humorous jokes and she replies ever so uneffortlessly “My sense of humor for jokes is null and void” with an exhausting moan.
I waited… and waited… and 3 minutes before the arrival of the burger, she delivers the Sprite. Then the burger arrives with fries. But does she place it in front of me? Nope, she places it down as if she delivered it to the non-existent human next to me in another uneffortlessly way of saying “I don’t want a good tip”as I reach over for my plate… Presentable? I give it a 3 out of 10. Then on top of that the fries were STONE cold, I only had the one and left the rest! Which drops it to a 1.5 out of 10.
The other staff walking around collecting dishes, communicating with other customers at their tables, all full of smiles and putting on the absolute show of seemingly enjoying their employment.
The bartender, not so much. This lady needs to seek housekeeping, or something away from public view. You’re definitely NOT a bartender! Pure lack of care of your customer is just incredible to experience! This is by far the worst! Applebee’s I have ever experienced!
Bartender says “How’s the burger?” I said “Better than the cold fries!” With her obvious immediate appearance of [Duh, you showed up at 12:30am, thirty minutes before we close what did you expect?] Well, I expected a lot better customer service! “It’s been a day, a long day.” Yep, and if I were anyone of stature within the company, you would be picking up your last paycheck too! Along with the chef in the kitchen.
I really wanted to just walk out and not pay for my food, my overall experience was that bad.
$21.00 wasted.

Seems to be the only upgrade here is the price of the menu…also the men’s room smells like they store the rotten remains of whatever meat they use to make a 16 dollar patty melt….bread cheese and burger…16 bux…. was going to order a half price app…. the only worth while price friendly option but the stench of the restroom sealed the deal… no appetite. And it’s self check out now lmao this is a medium burger

I WENT HERE WITH MY FIANCE ON THURSDAY 5/15/25 ON A DATE.. WE HADN’T BEEN IN AWHILE.. THE FOOD WAS TASTY.. LOVE THERE MOZZARELLA STICKS WHICH I HAD BUT DIDN’T TAKE A PIC OF THEM.. THE CHICKEN BACON RANCH SANDWICH WAS GOOD! THE RICE WAS A BIT DRY AND SPICY BUT I ADDED SOME RANCH ON IT AND IT TURNED OUT NOT BAD.. MY FIANCE HAD THIS NEW CHEESEBURGER TACO SANDWICH WHICH HE SAID WAS GOOD.. THE WATERMELON MARGARITA WAS DELICIOUS.. WITH US WE USUALLY GET THE SAME THINGS BUT WE WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW.. THE RIBLETS ARE DELICIOUS TOO! I CAME BACK HERE ON 8/9 AND HAD LUNCH WITH MY PARTNER.. HE HAD THE BIGGIE BURGER AND BONE IN ASIAN WINGS AND A TWISTED TEA.. I HAD BONELESS HONEY BARBECUE WINGS, PARMESAN CHICKEN FECCHUTTI AND A BAHAMA MAMA DRINK

The food was ok, but not worth the price. It took us sitting at our table for 25 minutes before a waitress came to ask us what we wanted to drink. She was not even our waitress. Then a different waitress ended up taking our order by my husband stopping her as she was walking by. She was not our waitress either. We saw our waitress for the first time when she brought us our appetiter, then to take away our dishes and pick up her tip. We should have tipped the 2 waitresses who were not our waitress and not our waitress who was assigned our table. The worst experience we have ever had.

Had a pleasant meal and drink but the server was extremely miserable since the moment we sat down. We were nothing but kind and patient but she was in a hurry to get our order in and when we proceeded to ask questions about items on the menu, she was cold and passive aggressive as if we’re suppose to know? She was clearly bothered by our existence for no reason and as the night continued her attitude stayed the same. She must’ve gossiped about us to her co workers because every person who walked by us gave us a dirty look and projected that onto our night. She received a tip that matched her performance then had the audacity to come up to our party and try to demand for a explanation of her tip when we tried to leave. Tipping is a individual manner, you don’t go up to a guest after and show little class acting confused where you went wrong, your tip matched your performance and you picked the profession you are in. Lot of flies inside restaurant! Table was sticky. Kids menu bled color on to table due to stickiness! Food was good, uniform taste like any Applebees. Order took a minute to arrive and server forgot one item but not a big deal. They have brownie dessert which is discontinued in some states.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times and the service and food was good. My most recent experience was via a DoorDash order. The delivery was fine. The food was all good aside from the steak which was tough as an old shoe, and probably didn’t taste much better. Everything else was great, though.

Walked in and were seated right away; the host handed us menus, and that was it. We waited for about 30 minutes at our table, and not a single person came by to greet us or take our order. Never in all the years I’ve been coming to Applebee’s have I experienced such poor service.
We eventually left and went to 99 Restaurant instead, where the service and atmosphere were excellent. Very disappointing experience.

This place was great. Excellent food at a good price, . The waitress was great. I felt kinda bad cause I think she was offended when I complemented her tattoos. I am gonna chalk it up to Covid as my mask might have made her misunderstand me. Either way I am sorry. She was still great. Deserves a raise.
