Went to the one in Holyoke. The service was great. Our server Jessica was super friendly and made our visit even better. The food was uhhhh-mazing. Definitely try the chicken wonton tacos.

Ordered the half rack of ribs w/ fries & garlic mashed potatoes.
Overall a decent meal, the ribs weren’t exactly “fall off the bone” but that’s OK.
The wait staff member was prompt and accommodating to our needs.(Refills, extra plates, etc.)
That being said, this visit didn’t wow me enough to go out of my way to come back anytime soon.

Pretty standard for a chain restaurant. The restaurant itself is relatively new with a nice casual, up to date environment. The service was friendly though my friend did have to flag someone down for another drink after waiting for quite a while with an empty glass. Place was clean and parking is plentiful. Conveniently located near the mall. we only stayed for drinks and appetizers but everything was pretty decent.

Overall I’ve had a good experience all the other times I’ve been to this Applebee’s. However idk if it was just on that day but the mac n cheese was terrible. Super mushy, no flavor even after I added salt to it to try and bring it back to life. Hopefully the cook was just having a bad day. I Will return however I will not recommend the mac and cheese unless you like mush. The waitress was very friendly and understanding.

Really impressed with how nice the staff is. Very prompt service. I ordered carside. Everything was cooked perfect and was packaged with care. The Togo margarita was super yummy and they are very good about checking id’s and providing friendly service. Super refreshing after some experiences I’ve had at other locations. Can’t wait to go back and dine in!

I’ve eaten here plenty of times I’m always very happy with my food and service. The facility is very clean and well kept. I will say the jack Daniels entries were way better than the fireball entries. So the new grill menu is not quite as delicious as the old jack Daniels ribs, chicken, and shrimp. I still love the 4 cheese mac and cheese honey pepper chicken meal though!

Love this place, always go there with my friends and our youth, food is great. The building is pretty new, I believe it’s just about a couple years old. I would recommend the Shirley temple as a drink and any of their burgers. If you show up later in the evening, I would recommend getting the half off appetizers. And as a dessert the triple chocolate is a good pick.
