First time here. Staff was very attentive (bordering on annoyingly so. To have the server and two managers all check in multiple times is too much). Food was out quickly.

12/14/25 Back again, ate nachos and queso along with quesadillas all tasty and the half off appetizers is the deal to beat placing Applebee’s above most of the completion Trinity was a great server attentive, quick and accommodating.
10/5/25 Food for the foodies-options galore, Mathew was a solid server. The food was hot sizzled when served, the drinks let me tell you fruit smoothie was cravably good. The atmosphere busy but staff played multipul roles attentively and got all the jobs done well. I’ll be back to taste new foods and be back again to try the specials. Sign up for the app to get free appetizer with $15 purchase. 2-5pm half off appetizers money to be saved. Enjoy!

BUG INFESTATION and Trevor Gibson the manager couldn’t care less!!! Did NOTHING about the problem and considered himself big for not charging me for the infested salad!!! No apology, he didn’t even bother to look at the bugs which were ALIVE and crawling around the salad!!! They are NOT washing their produce, I’ve had the same bugs in Pittsfield Applebee’s in the same basic house salad and it’s OUTRAGEOUS to find the same DISGUST at another location but it’s definitely an internal health & safety violation they’re doing intentionally. I made sure this time to take pictures!!! Westfield Applebee’s put a long dark hair in a Southwest Chicken bowl I ordered and AVOIDED us afterward and actually had the gall to charge for the dish!!! This place is infested with bugs, my friend who ordered a wrap I did not trust to eat it because there are vegetables in it and lettuce which they do not wash!!! Trevor the useful idiot claimed the bug flew in from outside. So every Applebee’s I’m in, bugs just happen to fly inside somehow and cultivate in my salad??? I am never near a door and it isn’t Summer, these are bugs living in the vegetation!!! Washing hands, cleanliness, they are clearly AGAINST public health & safety and are doing this deliberately. They’ll continue because the board of health do little to nothing, so I took to Google sign pictures to warn you NOT to give your business here. It is NOT safe to eat here, parasites exist in their products, ALIVE AND THRIVING!!! This was the second salad btw they brought out after the first contained croutons, which I’m sadly allergic to. The BUG GOURMET SALAD SPECIAL WAS MY PUNISHMENT!!! Just like the hair after all the loyal visits we gave Westfield during kitchen renovations. Trevor should be terminated along with the bugs and Applebee’s your time is over!!! All they do is push booze on everyone here, sickening!!! Pay attention to your health practices and what your serving guests before people end up ill and you end up liable!!!

Michelle our waitress was great! The manager was nice. Food was awesome! Michelle took great care of us, she truly cares about the guest, and her coworkers. She took great care of us. She had the cooks cut up our grandmother’s cheeseburger in small pieces because of her lack of teeth…lol We were there during the snow storm, and watched the Patriots game! While all the other restaurants were closed, Applebees was open! Thank you Michelle, so much! Applebee’s better print out this review, and hang it up!

This is the saddest meal I’ve ever gotten delivered to me. 3 of the TINIEST tenders but not only that but I got simply boiled noodles and nothing else on them, no sauce, nothing. I ordered the FOUR CHEESE Mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and this is what I received. Not sure if the 4 cheese dissolved in route but this is ridiculous.

I ordered takeout from this Applebee’s today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
When I got home, the spinach and artichoke dip looked like the very last portion left and barely had any cheese in it.
Even worse, the quesadilla had a blonde strand of hair in it. That was extremely unpleasant and I ended up throwing the food away.
I hope the restaurant pays closer attention to food quality and cleanliness.

We used Applebee’s in Chicopee for a quick gathering to catch up with family. The location was convenient, right off the Mass Pike, so it was easy for is to get to. With adults and kids, the menu was able to handle all of the different requirements, such as GF, plant-based and standard kid menu options – everyone had plenty of choices. We weren’t rushed and the wait staff was personable, professional and knowledgeable about the various menu and drink options. We would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Today 1/10/26 at 10 50pm I ordered food to go and then forgot the drinks and went to order the drinks and was told since my order was already done nd payed for I cant order drinks to go unless its attached to food. One minute later my other ordered us drinks n he went in and got them with no issues. It was the manager I believe they where dressed in a button up n khaki pants. So im assuming they just were lazy and didnt want to make my drinks.

The wait was long, the burger was done wrong the first time and they had to remake it. It was super dry, and just crumbling apart. My salad was was NOT worth $5.99. Maybe dine in would be better. The server was very polite which was a plus.
