The lady always seem cranky! The food is ok-ish, but the owner never smile and got angry with every small polite question I might have, which is rare to see in this area.
Owner, if you are reading this, I respect you being busy and tired, thus I only ask the minimal questions needed for my order. I love next door, so I still come often as it is convenient for me, but I look to improve the experience. Thank you.

The food was very good but the service was minimal, just a cashier, nothing else. Gyoza was very good and hot, and fried rice was a very good texture. All of it was severely overpriced though. My friend’s “meal” was very small, and a soda, adding fried rice. It was $22! Do not come here if you think it is cheap. You WILL be disappointed.

The chicken teriyaki with brown rice is phenomenal here. I am very picky when it comes to teriyaki, since we have so many spots to choose from in the Seattle area but so hard to find a good one with reasonable price & portion! See my photo, portion is huge with $10.99. Are you kidding these days? Everything is already gone up so much!
The chicken is grilled to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce. I also ordered spicy chicken for my wife. It has good flavor & we love it!
The portions are huge, I usually eat half and save half for home, which will be another full meal at a later time. Great prices too. I hope they stick around these small businesses r struggling and we love to support local businesses. I ended up spoke with the owner, he used to work at I love sushi as chef! No wonder why foods taste authentic! I read about other reviews about service. Come on give them a break, they do really work hard all day. Do the honest review. Foods are amazing here. We will definitely come back this weekend again.
10/10 highly recommend !

This just might be the best teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had! I got the spicy chicken. The chicken is perfectly tender, and the sauce is flavorful.

Horrible service, good food though.
The lady that takes your order is rude, and laughed at us when we couldn’t hear her. Speak up. She was very rude when I asked to buy a water a few minutes after purchasing the original food. The radio is obnoxious, blasting k-pop garbage.

Used to love this place. They have gone down hill. The lady is rude and laughs at you. They used to always have the Christian radio playing and soup with your meal. Nothing like it used to be and much more expensive: Disappointed.

I came to this place and asked the owner for a few items. When I handed her a $100 bill, she said she didn’t have change. I said, ‘Okay, I’ll go to the gas station to break the bill and come right back. Could you have my order ready by then?’ She refused and insisted that I leave my phone with her before going to get change, explaining that people often say they’ll return but never do. I told her I was genuinely hungry and would definitely come back, but she still insisted on keeping my phone. So, I left my phone with her, went to get change, and returned to pick up my food, which was ready by then. Honestly, I found her attitude quite unpleasant and very rude

They make teriyaki. If you like teriyaki, you’ll like this. 🙂 It’s not outstanding, but it’s good, there’s variety, and the price is decent. Plus, they were kind enough to serve me when I had to come in 15 minutes before closing. Basic, but good!

I’m not surprised to see so many people leaving reviews about the poor customer service here. The cashier was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping customers. It’s disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially when it seems to be a common issue.
