My coworkers and I went here for lunch because one of them loved the ham here and said it was better then Honeybaked Ham Co. I ordered their large hame sandwich (the Overstuffed Sandwich), a stuffed ham sandwich and the loaded ham potato. Food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. I tried a Honeybaked Ham sandwich a few days later and the Apple Lane better was better by a mile. The overstuffed sandwich was incredibly thick and meaty. While its a little pricey for the sandwich combo (closer to food trucks prices), I was full when I got done and it tasted excellent. My buddy who recommended the place was a big fan of the loaded potato and it seems like a much cheaper meal if you’re on a budget. With regard to purchasing a ham for the holidays, the price for their ham was $1-6 cheaper per pound than the Honeybaked Ham Company. Ham tasted comparable.
The inside isn’t super fancy, more a hole in the wall feeling but staff was polite and no issue with service. When I reported their fountain was out of Coke Zero they promptly changed it.

The place was almost empty the last time we went. I had a potato loaded with ham. It was good. It was also large and filling. Price was very reasonable. My friends had sandwiches they were not impressed. You order at the counter and go back and get it, as well as clean up your table after so its hard to rate service. They did refill an empty drink dispenser when asked.

Apple Lane makes the best stuffed sandwiches! I’ve never got food there and left feeling not filled up or unsatisfied. The ingredients are fresh they use and the staff is very friendly. Delicious food. I recommend them!

The food is quickly prepared and has a kind staff. You are buying a simple meal, but the quality is preferable over other options. I gave the food three stars for its simplicity. It’s good, but nothing too special. A great lunch option for the work day. Ice machine was empty however. Overall a good experience.

I have to start out by saying I’ve visited this location for almost a decade with no issues. However, the last few times I’ve been in (post pandemic) the staff has been less than friendly. The cashier seems short and put out when you have a request. Also, they don’t communicate very well with phone orders. I order a family style banana pudding and they packed a small container. When I corrected the mix up, they acted like it was my fault and I waited for ten minutes. To add more insult to the injury, when I got home to enjoy my pudding, it was almost tasteless. I paid $25 for mediocre banana pudding. Very dissatisfied customer and as sad as I am to say it, will most likely take my business elsewhere. There are other establishments I enjoy more.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Everyone went above and beyond in our visit. When an employee mentioned they were out of bananas for the banana pudding, the lady taking our order said, “Don’t worry, we will go get some more if you don’t mind the wait.” We had our sandwiches and chips to eat, so it was no problem. When we were about halfway through our lunch, an employee returned after having walked to Walmart to buy more bananas. Now that is southern hospitality! You wont get that kind of service at many places at all. In the post COVID world were the service industry really struggles most of the time, this restaurant is a breath of fresh air. We will be back soon.

Normally I would say this is slightly overpriced but good sandwich shop Not today!! Today I paid $16 for some stail loaf bread from Walmart when I complained she says sorry we don’t have any rolls today to which I responded you should have said that before I placed my order at which she laughed at me and well I guess!!! So my $16 dollar sandwich went in the trash and now I have to rush to try and get food someplace else on my lunch break I will never be back horrible service!!!

This was a mail order delivery. The ham was decent the turkey breast was not. Our complaint is we were charged over $200 for shipping and were not informed when we placed the order. We would not have ordered for sure. The girls who helped were very nice and we were given a partial refund.
