I’ve been a long time Apollo fan, they used to be my favorite burger and I’d stop by multiple days a week. Well I had to get healthier and it’s been awhile since I’ve been to AB. Service is always fantastic and today’s burger was good… While I might not be a regular anymore I’ll still stop by a couple times a year for a good burger.

Tasty food and unique combinations! The Utah Burger has lamb, bacon and pastrami on the beef patty. Super tasty and crunchy onion rings and great fries! The shakes are rich and delicious! Next one to try is the gyro plate!

This used to be the best location. It has completely gone down hill. Today was the last time we will be visiting this location. The last four times we have ordered meals are not right or one meal is completely missing. Today I got a completely RAW burger. I asked for it to be cooked well done. We will be sad to say goodbye to Apollo, but it is not worth it to spend money here. The whole crew needs to be fired and all new people, who actually want a job need to be hired. Whoever is working there now has no pride in their job.

I went to Taylorsville Apollo & the service is no good at all! Employees rude! We got to drive thru order speaker & no one would take our order or say anything after a while my husband said hello hello someone finally takes our order we asked for breakfast deluxe sandwich on wheat bread we get to window & the guy with dyed blond on top of hair with black spots & glasses was laughing/smirking when we got to window, we asked for pepporccinis, he said they don’t have any then we asked for jalapeños he said they don’t have any. I said I go to the one in Glendale & they have some. He then asked someone & said ok but there’s a charge & we said ok all while he’s laughing/smirking at us, but then he can’t find where to charge for them & asked for help but 2 ladies were busy, so we said we r in hurry & had to leave & as we leave I’m taking out sandwich & it’s white bread & im wondering if this is why the guy at window kept laughing/smirking So I go in & tell them & they remake bread & I asked if I can have the jalapeños since they made the mistake & I had to come back & the lady with dyed blond hair said No. The guy at window was there smiling & smirking, I asked to speak with manager & she said she was & I told her “you messed up my order & I had to come back & you can’t give me a side of jalapeños & she said No, we can’t there’s a charge for them. I asked for my receipt, took my sandwich & left. Unhappy with the service! Food was good the ham n bacon a bit burnt but the one in Glendale has better service & quality of food! I guess now i know why the guy was laughing. We were on our way to mini vacay & I lost my receipt I was saving it to complain to someone above but lost it

Food is always great, the service could use some improvement. It always takes a long time, and they have gotten my order wrong more than once. But overall we like it!

This burger is top three for me. Nothing fancy needed just pure Burger goodness and a handful of pastrami. With extra fry sauce, it’s a Utah staple.

This would be the third time I came to Apollo burger on 54th I order 3 bacon cheeseburger, guess what NO BACON!!!! There cup holders tray suck, anything above 20oz get ready for it to fall over in your car.

Service 4: attentive with a nice smile and order was accurate.
Food 3: I had the Apollo Burger and it was quite good. Perhaps a little bit too much pastrami for my taste.
Atmosphere 4: surprisingly pleasant for a fast food joint. The seating furniture was really well done. Plenty of room and my favorite, no screaming kids.
I will return try other offerings on their menu.

We used to go to the one on 33rd but moved near this one recently. It’s a nicer building and has a lot more workers. We only ever do the drive threw and sometimes they are slower than you’d expect but the food is always fresh and we haven’t had anything don’t incorrectly and we always get no sauces on our burgers. Tonight, they stated they were 15-20 min. behind and we got our food in about 5 minutes of getting to the window. I forgot to ask for no sauces on my mushroom burger and asked at the window, and she went and asked the cook specifically. We really enjoy this Apollo and choose it over closer burger joints.
