Amazing experience at Aosta! The sardines were excellent, the fondue was rich and comforting, and the squid ink pasta was a standout. Loved the Bianca pizza too—simple and done really well. Great service; special shoutout to Kiran and his team (Mariana, Nilam, Carina & Rayhan) they were amazing! Attentive service and a refined atmosphere made the meal truly memorable.
Highly recommend.

Our waitress was fantastic. They have an extensive wine selection. The cocktails were everything that you would expect. Our four course meal was fantastic. We started with the fondue and added the shaved truffles and prosciutto. Next was the salad course, Panzanella salad. We had the Cacio de Pepe and Cod with spinach. Cappuccino biscotti and cheesecake finished off the evening. Great Experience. Highly Recommend.

Delicious Italian food & fantastic service! We dined for a girls night and ate family style so we could try many dishes. The cacio e pepe prepared in the Parmesan wheel by Nano was absolutely amazing! The sommelier was very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible evening at Aosta. The atmosphere was so cozy and warm, and Kiran, the GM, was absolutely fantastic. The prosciutto appetizer was out of this world, and the cacio e pepe for the entree was divine. The cocktails from the bar were fantastic as well. The hospitality, every bite, and every sip made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Excellent restaurant with great food and good service. They do have several vegetarian options and the pasta dishes are freshly made and served.
The restaurant is in the area where there are the hotels and easy to get to. However, the Manager does not have a service oriented mentality and not polite when questions were asked . The chef and the server were excellent .

Disappointing New Year’s Eve Experience – Poor Communication and Overpriced Food

We made a 5:00 PM New Year’s Eve reservation and were never informed—during booking or upon arrival—that the restaurant was offering a mandatory fixed menu at $275 per person, with no accommodations for children.

We arrived with our two young children, were seated, and ordered drinks before being presented with the menu and told of the fixed price. When we explained there was nothing our children would eat and asked about accommodations, we were told there were none. Given the lack of restaurant availability in Aspen on New Year’s Eve, we felt stuck.

The atmosphere was surprisingly flat. We watched multiple families walk out once they learned of the fixed menu and price. Several tables were empty, and the space felt far from a celebratory New Year’s Eve experience.

The food was mediocre at best and absolutely did not justify the cost. Our bill totaled $1,600 with wine and tip, and despite that, we had to stop for pizza afterward because our children were still hungry.

The one bright spot was the wine service. Monty, the wine concierge, was excellent and guided us to a beautiful bottle. He truly deserves an A+.

Overall, the lack of transparency, rigid policies, and poor value made this a very disappointing experience. We will not return and strongly caution families, especially for special occasions.
